Absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! Great customer service as well. This location seems to have NEW staff/employees with better experience and skills. The clerk was very friendly and professional and was quick with my pick up order. This wingstop is back on track! Thumbs up BARSTOW 😎

They are the worst place to eat at I will never tell anyone to go there because they will mesy up on your order and they don't give you a refund or make the food right....I food allergies and I can't even eat what they gave me

I went into this Wingstop on 10/03/2024. The time stamp on my receipt says it was 3:28 p.m. and the receipt also says that the person who took my order was named Robert. I ordered a 10-piece classic combo with corn for the side and everything was perfect. There were two men working at the time that I could see, and I assume one of them was Robert. One of the men took my order and the other one handed it to me to go. They said 15 or 20 minutes but it seemed like the order only took five or 10 minutes. Everything was hot and delicious. The lemon pepper and the original hot were not dripping with sauce or too much sauce in the bottom of the container. The chicken was very flavorful and I enjoyed it so much that it made a great impression on me and I think I'll always remember this place for its service and the two latinx-looking men that did an excellent job. I am a black man and I always appreciate excellent service. Thank you gentlemen. Good work
Parking: Parking didn't seem to be a problem for me at the time that I visited. I was able to park right in front of the store as there were cars coming in and leaving out.

Took 30 minutes for 6 chicken wings, there were only 3 customers in the shop ,,,,
I tried to call in a order, they told me to wait 2 minutes and they'll take my order, I've been waiting 20 minutes and nobody took my order, I'll never order here again, liars, then they hung up on me

I order delivery 70$ worth of food to have 10 classic wings missing. I pay 20$ dollars for a large 10 piece and I can’t even get my wings. Do better.

Customer service was great. I went in last night (9/1/24, order for Joseph) to pick up an order. The employee at the counter was taking a phone order, when a male employee came out from the back with cardboard he was taking out.
He could have ignored me and just done the job he was doing (which I’ve seen happen before) but he stopped, asked if I was waiting for pickup, and gave me my order.
He was friendly and professional and I wish I got his name to praise him specifically. Hopefully there’s enough information here for management to figure out who he was and pass along the thanks.

The most inconsiderate restaurant I have ever been ask for a manager I was told that he or she was at lunch at 8:51 Pm. When I entered the restaurant I had to yell to get someone to the register no.name tags they need to clear house I ended up giving the food to my dog did not trust them.No ice at soda machine

If I could give it a zero, I would. This place is absolutely terrible. I've been a customer of Wingstop for a while now, but every time I visit the Barstow location, it's always a problem. Yesterday, my uncle-in-law ordered two boneless meal deals, and everything seemed normal until we started eating. Most, if not all, of the wings were frozen. To make matters worse, my pregnant aunt, who had already been to the hospital that morning, experienced severe stomach pains after just a few minutes of eating 2-3 of the wings. All three of us who ate the wings ended up throwing up. When we requested a refund, they asked for an email, but when we followed up the next day, the manager was not there, and they only offered us half of what we paid for. Their excuse was that "more than half the food was eaten," which is absolutely ridiculous considering that there's no way we consumed more than half of 40 wings and 2 fries within 10 minutes, especially between 3 people. This is completely unacceptable!

This place sucks it close it says it closes at 11. Basically they stop taking orders at 10:15 so what’s the point of going in if they’re still open, they need to change your sign.
Awful service, I had to wait 10 minutes for and employee to even look at me. When that happened, she didn’t greet me or nothing just look at me to tell her what I need it. The place was a mess. The floor sticky, The drink area had spilled drink everywhere. If that’s how they have the front where customers can’t see, I wonder how they have the kitchen where they make the food. This place needs new management. Nothing how it stayed when it first open.

They really need to work on making the fries crispy (maybe not make so many fries at once). Only time my family and I can get crispy fries is when we go out of town to a different wingstop.
