The only thing I like about this place is the location. The service is awful, and food and drinks are incredibly overpriced. If you're into going to have canned beer (12oz) it should not be $10. I have given this place more than one chance, and each time I have been disappointed. The hosts won't seat you even when there are tables available, and no, it's not the norm. I worked in the service industry for a decade and the service here sucks. What they don't realize is not everyone is a tourist who will never be back, and the lake doesn't make the ridiculous prices worth it. Note: if the food were impressive, the price would not be an issue. But it's not.

My sweetheart and I had lunch yesterday at the Grill. The staff were incredibly attentive to us, the drinks wonderful and food was good.

They will not allow you to bring in your own bottle water. But then they serve you tap water. Common guys, this is an upscale place. Get a water filter or change the crappy one you currently have.

Great food, service and a really fun, tropical atmosphere. The live music is great. The food is the best in Bass Lake - a lot of variety on the menu. You can tell they take pride in offering fresh and unique menu options. We have been here many times over the years and always have a great experience.

Attended what I thought would be a nice venue with good music. Well the music was off the chart but the food could not be further from thar. Very overpriced food and drinks where my soda was watered down. The fries were cold. The staff is nice at first but ignore you the rest of the evening. I came back later for the fireworks display and got to experience a fire show that took the vibe away from the fireworks. They really shouldn't book a fire show on the same night that beau fireworks are being shown.

Great ambiance. Love the live music and the lake view and beachy vibe. But, they are WAY overpriced. Split a taco plate and a side, and the two of us each only had one drink and the bill was almost $100.....for SHARED food on paper plates and drinks in plastic cups!

We went in for appetizers and drinks and we sat there for 20 minutes before being acknowledged. We were sat at a table for 4 in partial shade and when we asked to be moved one table over for full shade we were told no, and there was literally no one in the restaurant. We didn't stick around for the food, but all I can say is the service and hospitality was dreadful. Such great atmosphere, ruined by an immature wait staff that doesn't know the first thing about hospitality. Just sad!

Can't wait for them to open for the season! It's the last good place to eat up here without being as pricy as some other spots. The kitchen had gotten better throughout the season last year and ended well so I'm eager to see what they have planned for us this year

Location would be great for a meal with the beautiful view. But the music is so loud you can't carry on a conversation. Lousy food. Rude staff. Other side of lake offers more of the mountain feel without the blaring music. How do people live around here?

WORST experience ever. We wanted to stay within Pines and relax on our last night. We already went to Ducey's twice and enjoyed it both times. Thought to try Marina Grill because we could hear their loud music every night all the way in the cabins, maybe it would be fun. We get there and and wanted to try to get a table by the water. Everything was full except a couple of tables they were reserving for bigger groups. The two servers who were "helping" us were already a bit snippy so whatever, we just sat at a free table by the bar. Another server got our drinks order as we were deciding on food. When she got back with the drinks, we gave her our food order and she said what I wanted was out. She heard me and my husband talking about my second choice and she told me that they were out of it too. So I gave her my third choice and she went off to put our order in. At this point, I was already put off by the whole situation. Wait staff with attitude and nothing I wanted was in stock. And our server did NOT advice us of anything being out of stock until after we ordered. Pretty unprofessional and should be service 101. In the meantime, an older couple came in without wait staff with them and sat at the six top that they were reserving for bigger groups. They were given menus at once. We're they waiting for more people? Who knows. I asked one of the original wait staff that originally "helped" with tables about moving to a table by the water that freed up. She doubled down on the attitude and said to ask our server about it but that we can't keep the whole table and it would need to be broken up into two. I said no problem because we didn't need all that anyway. So we were waiting for our server to ask to move and when she came back, guess what? My third choice of food was out too! What are the chances, right??? This is the night before a long weekend where the resort is preparing for a crowd...and three whole dishes are out? At this point, I was totally over it and we just paid for the drinks and left. Terrible service, extremely unprofessional wait staff, and mediocre drinks. So if you like loud hokey pokey music, rude servers, and meh drinks, then this is the place for you.

Allie the bartender is an absolute b****. I asked for a water and a pina colada and she proceeded to bring me a pina colada with whipped cream on it and I told her I didn't want whipped cream. She said "that's how it comes". I told her last time I was here 2 weeks ago the bartender asked me if I wanted whipped cream or not. She then proceeded to wipe the top of the whipped cream off in front of me with the straw and put it right back in front of me. I asked her for a new one and she said "no you aren't going to get another one". I then asked to speak to a manager and she said "I am the manager". Terrible customer service. If she doesn't like working here she should quit or someone else should take over as "manager" in the bar. I feel sorry for the other people who had her today with her terrible attitude.

Our favorite place to eat at Bass Lake! A bar for the adults, live music, and a place for the kids to play! The food is delicious!

We were here at the lake 8 days. Every day we came to this restaurant. Food and drinks were just ehhhh. The Mexican restaurant across the street was way better. Service and food there was far superior than here. However we enjoyed the live music and lake view. We were treated very well. Until today. We had a new teenage boy at the front desk who wanted us to sit in the very back because he was saving the lake side tables for his friends. He even rolled his eyes at me as he sat his buddies at the better tables. It's sad that these days a good establishment has no choice but to hire these kids. Do yourselves a favor and eat across the street.

Location Location Location!! Great place for lunch or appetizers and drinks after time on the lake! Friendly service and good food! The calamari appetizer was "ok" not crispy enough and their aioli dipping sauce was a bit flavorless... My husband and I split the pesto chicken panini sandwich with fries and ohhhh so yummy! (Definitely not worth $19) The rest of our gang enjoyed their BLTA sandwich, (overpriced at $17) and Salad. The drinks were awesome!! Loved the Jellyfish! Definitely recommend coming here! Be prepared... very pricey! But convenient.
