Shallow water and mud. But, very reasonable priced for cheap covered slips or open sailboat slips. Could use a bit of road work, as the holes are getting pretty deep for my small car when I come to visit. Always chill quiet.
Use to better before the restaurant closed. Inexpensive to store you boat in a covered slip, dry storage even cheaper. They have a launch ramp as well as a black water dump station if you need it. Good bait shop with a very knowledgeable fisherman working there in the morning.
