The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, able to tell you what is in each item. The owner, Tim, ensures the freshest and best-tasting ingredients, using organic whenever possible. Many visitors find that the bakery’s offerings, including croissants and seeded bread, are the best in the central coast area.
