Taqueria Cinco de Mayo

My husband and I get burritos here all the time, it's our favorite food truck. Always fresh, delicious food & the proprietor is always super friendly. 11/10 would recommend.

Superb! Tacos, chips and salsa, taco salad, horchata and the jamaica were all so delicious!!!! We are not from this area and were visiting Pismo and google brought us to this place. All the reviews convinced us to try it out. We were glad we did. Definitely recommend you try them out.

What a surprise to find such a gem! I ordered birria tacos, birria torta and a burrito bowl, came with 2 free bowls of delicious consume. My mouth is still salivating while writing this review🤤 if you get the opportunity to try this spot out, please do! You will not be disappointed!

We got a chimichanga carnitas and torta al pastor, both were really good, huge portions, everything was fresh, especially pico de gallo was super nice!!
The stand itself is just around the Grocery store, it would be lovely to have some standing tables or siting area in front of the truck, but that was the only downside.
Highly recommended!!

Even with mediocre competition like TACO LOPEZ and their sad excuse of a food they call AUTHENTIC mexican, trying to park near them to draw in and steal their customers, Cinco De Mayo will always do better. Even when they moved across the street, the business draws its customers. The food is much better, theleir food truck, seatings, menu, the service and food it's self delicious.

Very reasonable prices. Got 3 tacos and side rice and beans and was only 14 dollars. Good portions couldnt even finish it all!

This is the best authentic taco restaurant. Don't let the fact that this is a stand alone food truck deter you. Not only was the food amazing, fresh and high quality the service was fast and friendly. The portions of meat over flow the taco shells. Definitely visit worthy!

Parking: They are located in the parking lot of a strip center. That currently houses Grocery Outlet and RiteAid.
