We have not been to ONO BBQ for about 8 months. There is not one close to where we live, but whenever we are near one we try to stop in for lunch. This location is newer, bright and clean. On this visit the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was good. In the past the portions seemed much larger - almost to the point of being absurd. While still generous we noted in our order and those around us that the portion size seems to have decreased since we last visited....

I visited the Beaumont, Ca. Location near my house. I came in early when there was not many customers. I ordered the Island Fish, which takes a little longer to prepare sometimes. My concern was that there were two young ladies working and the cook seemed to be paying attention to orders. Alice and her co-worker were so involved in their conversation that they were not paying attention to my order and another customer that arrived after me with a larger order, not only got their...
