I travel back n forth a lot and will stop here for coffee and a treat ...but this last visit they seemed a little impersonal at the register area.....I asked if they had artichoke breakfast souffles at this location and the answer I got was "it's lunch time there wouldn't be any" ...That wasn't my question... Just wanted to know if they carried them... the Panera I go to normally has them until they run out so it could be up to noon or later.....jus sayin....But the restroom was clean, the place was warm inside, very cold outside that day and it smelled delicious walking in.

Drive through service quite often makes mistakes on orders. If you order anything with a special request be prepared to double check before you leave. Staff is not rude but most of the time in a big hurry. This probably explains the mistakes. Check your receipt carefully.

I go to this Panera Bread sometimes after work. The service is nice however majority of times they mess up on my order. First I asked for a broccoli Cheddar Mac and cheese and they gave me a regular Mac and cheese. Then the last time I went there I asked for the same thing and just got broccoli Cheddar soup. I wish they would double check the order before handing it out. However, if they don't, always check your order before you leave this Panera Bread.

I don't usually leave bad reviews ever. But this place routinely does questionable things. I ordered a margarita flatbread and they basically gave me a flatbread with tomato and cheese on about a 1/3 of the bread. If you don't have the ingredients to make it just let me know. I would gladly order something else. I just don't get what they get out of giving me something I didn't order. So weird.
