Drive through service quite often makes mistakes on orders. If you order anything with a special request be prepared to double check before you leave. Staff is not rude but most of the time in a big hurry. This probably explains the mistakes. Check your receipt carefully.
I go to this Panera Bread sometimes after work. The service is nice however majority of times they mess up on my order. First I asked for a broccoli Cheddar Mac and cheese and they gave me a regular Mac and cheese. Then the last time I went there I asked for the same thing and just got broccoli Cheddar soup. I wish they would double check the order before handing it out. However, if they don't, always check your order before you leave this Panera Bread.

I travel back n forth a lot and will stop here for coffee and a treat ...but this last visit they seemed a little impersonal at the register area.....I asked if they had artichoke breakfast souffles at this location and the answer I got was "it's lunch time there wouldn't be any" ...That wasn't my question...
