The employees at this store are notorious for picking up the phone and placing people on hold and never picking up the line.
I have tested this theory EVERYTIME I order for my business.
I sit in the car, call and watch it happen every time.
These employees here are also notorious for trying to take order anytime after 1130 pm saying it's policy and orders are done being accepted after 1130, 1140..
