I grew up in Cudahy came to this Ihop as a child teen and as an adult but I left for several yrs I still see some familiar faces but service has definitely changed. The host had given me a table but I asked him for a different one and he said yes but left the menus on the table he had giving me and walked away lol I laughed not to the mad.

Manager Alicia, y Estela were amazing! I went to a different IHOP and it was packed I called here and asked them about the wait. I went in and they sat us immediately. Customer service was awesome. Thank you ladies!

Came here for my lunch break today & was seated right away. Surprisingly, it wasn't super packed considering that it was lunch hours. We ordered French toast & Belgian waffles with the breakfast platter (eggs, bacon, & hash browns). Our server was very attentive. She took our order right away & the food came shortly after. Love her attentiveness! She brought water refills without us even asking for one. I've been here on multiple occasions and overall, I'd say I've had a positive experience each time. Definitely a great spot to come to for breakfast/lunch if you're craving for traditional American food. This is a family friendly establishment, so there will be times where you'll hear screaming children when you're just trying to enjoy your meal, lol.

The food came out quickly and it was delicious. The coffee was fresh. I am only giving this review 3 stars due to the service. My grandma asked for a box for our leftovers to our waitress, the waitress responded VERY rude and continued to count the tip that was left at another table, we had to wait a while to get a box. This wasn't the only issue with service. The same waitress never came back with a refill for our coffee.

I got a bowl with scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheddar cheese. When I got there they told me it wasn't ready yet, which was fine, I was 2 mins early. I was running late on my next errand so I began to eat in the car on my way. The meal was cold! It hadn't even been 5 mins since I left. The cheddar cheese wasn't melted/melting at all because it was not hot or warm. Never again at this location. I wasn't met with rudeness or anything but when you take the time to actually place the order online to work your day around, it's overall disappointing. They also don't have the regular salsa that comes with the bowl. They gave me the salsa that you get with chips.

I've been here several times and I haven't left boasting about my breakfast, ever. Their prices are slightly higher than competing dinners like Dennys or Norms where you could get better food for cheaper by the way. I did however like their food. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and the tender to bread to veggies ratio was really good, some would say a little too chicken heavy! The sauce was nice and added a spice and their fries were good. Would have the meal again but for like $3 cheaper and I would be extremely happy.

The place was OK we got seated quite fast. Waitress, on the other hand, was a different story. After placing our orders, she brought us the wrong ones wanting while waiting for the correct ones it took them a while. And at the end when we get our check she charged me for the incorrect item and tells me it's the same price as the one we order after reviewing the menu we told her the price where not the same

We went to breakfast this morning with my mother who is in a wheelchair and the people in charge of seating the customers made us wait for 40 minutes until I asked when they were going to attend us and the manager told us they didn’t have a table for deseable people. Please don’t visit this place is terrible.
