Manager Alicia, y Estela were amazing! I went to a different IHOP and it was packed I called here and asked them about the wait. I went in and they sat us immediately. Customer service was awesome. Thank you ladies!
Came here for my lunch break today & was seated right away. Surprisingly, it wasn't super packed considering that it was lunch hours. We ordered French toast & Belgian waffles with the breakfast platter (eggs, bacon, & hash browns). Our server was very attentive. She took our order right away & the food came shortly after. I grew up in Cudahy came to this Ihop as a child teen and as an adult but I left for several yrs I still see some familiar faces but service has definitely changed. The host had given me a table but I asked him for a different one and he said yes but left the menus on the table he had giving me and walked away lol I laughed not to the mad.
