My son loves coming here. I stopped by on Sunday around 3:30 pm on Labor Day and the older Hispanic lady has an attitude. I noticed that the napkins weren’t outside as they used to and my son had one napkin available and it fell to the floor. When I went to the counter to ask, the lady asked “what do you need”? With a rude tone. I asked for a napkin and normally I get them on the side to avoid interrupting. She then stated, oh “we don’t do that now”. Okay? I felt uncomfortable. She’s not welcoming, has attitude and won’t be returning. Has a serious demeanor, strong attitude towards customers.

I have never been to a Baskin Robbins, as I arrive the first time, asking for time to read the menu since I was the only customer. The register was impatient for me to order, and it only been 2 seconds, I asked if there's a coffee flavor since I felt pressured to hurry since she was in mad and immediately yelled, this one and this one like I was in Kingarden. I left unsatisfied. I now know why this place is empty.

This location has been in the neighborhood for decades but they are so stingy. If I'm paying for a topping, I want enough to see and taste, not a tiny drizzle. Make the drive to the Los Coyotes Diagonal location...it's worth it.

Was buying 36.00 worth of ice cream and they couldn't change a 100 they would rather throw it a way. Mind u bill was tested good. But no wanted me to walk 1000feet to get change. After waiting 20mibutes manager didn't care

7/7/2023IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!Here we go again. Three years later still an unsatisfied customer. Mind you, the pints are now almost 10 dollars ea now. Every now and than my husband and I like to splurge and get BR ice cream ?. Couple of week ago we went to this BR. Husband went in. Said the girl was scraping the bottom of the barrel. Got home his butter pecan did not have any pecans in it. I called and requested supervisor. Maria said he was not available. Maria was rude. Said she would have supervisor call me back. I never received call.This site is not pro customer. They could care less about the customer. This is exactly how I feel. Sad.
Extremely unprofessional Management. Unwilling to take 5 minutes out of his time to give a customer footage of another customer stealing a phone right off the countertop. Will not be giving this location anymore of my business.

Got one of their premade, ready to go cakes the box was labeled as a white cake with Oreo ice cream, what we got was a mint ice cream with chocolate cake. We cut this cake around 10 so we can’t call anyone about it so we’ll have to try tomorrow. Update: they gave me two options-refund or grab another readymade cake, the cake I wanted wasn’t there and they didn’t offer to make the cake I paid for. Don’t grab any premade cakes they’ll probably be wrong.
