This location has been in the neighborhood for decades but they are so stingy. If I'm paying for a topping, I want enough to see and taste, not a tiny drizzle. Make the drive to the Los Coyotes Diagonal location...it's worth it.

Was buying 36.00 worth of ice cream and they couldn't change a 100 they would rather throw it a way. Mind u bill was tested good. But no wanted me to walk 1000feet to get change. After waiting 20mibutes manager didn't care

I have never been to a Baskin Robbins, as I arrive the first time, asking for time to read the menu since I was the only customer. The register was impatient for me to order, and it only been 2 seconds, I asked if there's a coffee flavor since I felt pressured to hurry since she was in mad and immediately yelled, this one and this one like I was in Kingarden. I left unsatisfied. I now know why this place is empty.

7/7/2023IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!Here we go again. Three years later still an unsatisfied customer. Mind you, the pints are now almost 10 dollars ea now. Every now and than my husband and I like to splurge and get BR ice cream ?. Couple of week ago we went to this BR. Husband went in. Said the girl was scraping the bottom of the barrel. Got home his butter pecan did not have any pecans in it. I called and requested supervisor. Maria said he was not available. Maria was rude. Said she would have supervisor call me back. I never received call.This site is not pro customer. They could care less about the customer. This is exactly how I feel. Sad.

Extremely unprofessional Management. Unwilling to take 5 minutes out of his time to give a customer footage of another customer stealing a phone right off the countertop. Will not be giving this location anymore of my business.

Got one of their premade, ready to go cakes the box was labeled as a white cake with Oreo ice cream, what we got was a mint ice cream with chocolate cake. We cut this cake around 10 so we can’t call anyone about it so we’ll have to try tomorrow. Update: they gave me two options-refund or grab another readymade cake, the cake I wanted wasn’t there and they didn’t offer to make the cake I paid for. Don’t grab any premade cakes they’ll probably be wrong.

I stopped by and redeemed my birthday ice cream. There are so many delicious choices. I asked if I could get 2 flavors and they said no. I was torn between peanut butter in chocolate, or jamoca almond fudge. I chose jamoca - coffee ice cream with almonds and a big swirl of chocolate fudge. It was supposed to be a child size, but it totally filled me up. Absolutely delicious. Thank you BR.
They have the best Cappuccino Blast drink.Also their icecream is really good.

Lines don't matter at this store, its the employees choice on who they want to serve at their discretion. And i'm not surprised considering the amount of stars this place has. This place needs better customer service and why have the employees wear masks when they don't even wear them properly. Come here at risk of receiving crappy service and possibly covid.

I've been at this location several times and for the most part some of the girls are kind. However, I unfortunately had several bad experiences a few times where one of the staff rolls her eyes at me and didn't even fill up my milkshake.. I also had another girl speaking to her friends and not helping her co-workers out when it was busy. Need to do better with the employees you hire..

Been to this location multiple times and to say the least, was not always satisfied with the customer service but tonight I was immediately greeted by Kathy & Shirlene(sorry if I misspelled your name). These ladies were so polite and even patient with me in my indecisiveness with the sizes I needed for my ice cream. Great customer service and politeness will alway take a business a long way and Baskin Robbins you have two young women in your establishment that will continue to help your brand flourish. Thank you ladies!!!

Ordered delivery. Can you believe you can only get whip cream on your sundaes if you go there. Not even an option on the menu to order. I added "whip cream please" in the notes and still didn't get it. Its not a sundae without whip cream.
