If it looks like a rat chewed on the cookie and then someone stepped on it.... you probably shouldn't serve it. I'm not even going back to return it, but people should see this. Last week my meal was decent and the service was great....but this is unacceptable and your people should be able to determine this. I was here on Mon Dec 22nd at 1:15 pm. Additionally, after being handed my food today, I thanked the woman in the window and told her to have a good day She didn't even respond and I know 100 percent she heard me before closing the window.

They should close down this Burger King. It has the worst quality the meat is always dried and the bread and lettuce taste old. Only this Burger King I go to has bad quality food everything tastes old. No wonder why it’s always lonely they should close it down and make a new fast food restaurant. Now I know why a McDonald’s was built next to it.

I went into Uniex Restroom 🚻 it was a big mess. There was no toilet papers! There a lot urinal all over on floor and trash on floor. It looks like haven't been cleaned for a day. I did hold it so bad walked to the counter and ask for more napkins for me to wipes my butt. I told her there is no toilet papers and she just nodded at me. After I got out and she still didn't bring any toilet papers so I used napkins that she gave me only 5 napkins. I had stomachache pain after I ate this place. I learned my lesson and bad experienced!

Just wanted to take a moment to praise the young man that took care of my wife and I on the drive thru. Time stamp 10/26/25 2:41pm. He was patient when we were deciding to order and was very graceful and polite. This young man has a bright future ahead of him and I hope he was valued for his efforts and wherever he goes. Just left this Burger King, terrible service. They were barely working, moving slowly, making customers in the drive thru wait, making customers inside wait to order, the lady behind the counter (who may have been the manager) was rude, didn't even acknowledge customers as they walked in, took her time to take orders...it was just all bad. We left and went next door to McDonald's...way better service!!

Noemi and Odelia are very polite, professional and quick. I come here regularly and I notice it's mainly these two women I always see working their butts off. Always smiling when they hand me my food and telling me to come back soon and so I do. Give these ladies a raise.
