Today I went through the drive Thru at 3:56pm your employer Dolores A, had a nasty addatude took my ordered wrong I had to repeat my order twice and was still wrong. When I approached the window and saw my ordered was wrong I told her , instead she rolled her eyes at me and started arguing with me. Saying I didn't pay for the soda when I told her I got the meal and was charged for it. I was really upset . She needs to know how to treat customers that's not the way to treat people. Don't think she should be in the drive thur with her poor language that she doesn't understand well.

Service was good. Employees were friendly and gave us our order correctly and fairly quickly. Their Famous Stars burgers, chicken tenders, and fried zucchini are always on point.

Nice atmosphere the workers are very kind! The man named Mario was the kindest! He allowed us to put our bikes inside the building as to not get stolen. The food was made well, fast, hot and nothing was missing! Jack & the box could not compare with their hospitality. Amazing establishment?

So yesturday my two kids and I entered this place expecting a great service! While I was placing our order this person that was in the register was being so rude! She even look at my daughter down and up and then preceded to act like she didn’t hear me this happened like around 2pm. Fries were all burned! She was NOT nice at all.
