I was excited about this location opening because it is even closer to me then the Lakewood or Downey location but so far the quality of the food is not the same as either of those locations. I’ve had food from this location multiple times and it seems to almost always stale. This morning I received the wrong breakfast order even thou I order thru the Chick-fil-a app I believe that is the last straw I rather drive the extra mile or so to go to the Lakewood location. I really hope management/owner of this location see this and improves the quality of the food and accuracy

This place looks nice, but the service is slow, I always do a timer to see how efficient the place is, well it took close to 13 minutes from order to getting the food at the window. Only 2 vehicles were in front me and the 3 vehicles behind still hadn't gotten thier order completed. The idea of saving money by not adding a dining area is a terrible idea as the single lane drive thru for ordering. The girl at the window was asking me my name and my order, really I was the only vehicle there, like I said the other 3 vehicles didn't get to move up. SMH I will just to Lakewood location.

DO NOT go to this Chick Fila there is a woman in the order window maybe the “manager”? Punker look white lady who is extremely rude. I arrived at 10:35am and they stop servicing breakfast at there at 10:30am meanwhile other Chick Filas stop at 11am she was very rude in her explaining and customer service skills were horrible.
My wife also ordered food there the day before and they got the order completely wrong. It looks like they gave her somebody else’s order. Ugh we will never return to this one! Please pay attention to the reviews. This location is HORRIBLE

Was not happy to know they just opened I had to be one of the first to get my food that day an my sandwich tasted like it sat there a while 😔 no wonder it had no line my bacon was so crispy that it look like it came from under the fryer.

Wow, Ive had my first bad experience at a Chick Fil A finally and it wasn’t the food. Pulled in at 9am today and asked if I could have fries on the menu (every other location hasn’t been an issue) she cashier standing outside told me they dont have them, I asked if they could be made she said they wouldn’t be ready. Her tone was very rude as if she was annoyed that I had asked. It was a white young lady (rocker/punk) looking. After her tone I didn’t want to order food so I told her I’d just go somewhere else. I looked in the mirror and she was laughing with what looked like the manager of the facility.
Chick Fil A standards are not up to par here yet ladies and gentlemen. This location needs self serving screens.

Newly open CFA with no inside dining. Outdoors and drive through only. Restroom available for customers and as always excellent, great quality CFA meals you've come to expect.
Service was ok for a new location but I'm sure it would improve over time.

Food was good, the workers were great but, I went too the grand opening to pick up lunch and waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru, even after being asked to park. I decided to give it another try today and placed a mobile order for two meals. Even with ordering ahead, we still waited about 20 minutes they parked us, and the sandwiches were incorrect when we got home. Disappointing experience overall.

Clean and new building and great addition to this rosecrans corner. Food is just as good as any other location, however, I have fears of what it will do to traffic as it appears theres only one lane for regular drive-thru. I assume this is to push people to mobile ordering but we will see. Service was ok, members still need a lot of training. Worst part is this location does not have root beer.
