This was our first time at chick-fil-A . We had chiken sandwiche, brownies and waffle fries. Chicken sandwich was good , tasty , juicy and delicious. I was disappointed about the very salty waffle fries , very soft, very small portion. I wouldn't call waffle fries. They were small pieces of potatoes fries. Brownies was just ok. Nice out patio sitting. People who work there were not friendly . It seems like they don't want to be there.

The design of this Chik-fil-A is very bad. It's a drive through only, but the drive through is narrow and has no escape pathway if you change your mind, and the parking lot is WAY too big given that there's no indoor seating.
The separate line for mobile orders is confusing as both the signs and the app say to get out and wait for your order to be delivered to you, but the mobile pathway was blocked, and people had to merge with the regular drive through line, which was not clear.
Having both pre-made mobile orders and regular drive through orders merge into the same lane to get served at the drive through window is slow and inefficient, and is also confusing. It looks like mobile orders were supposed to have their own dedicated lane, but if that lane is blocked off, what is the point?
Order delivery is much slower than at other Chik FilA's too. This location really needs work and was also very poorly planned.

This is my THIRD order from this Chick-fil-A and somehow it just keeps getting worse. The first time, I ordered two salads and BOTH came with no chicken. I ordered two Southwest salads and got two bowls of lettuce. I had to drive back, they remade it, and didn’t even offer a voucher until I specifically asked the manager. The second time, they gave me a completely wrong order. Now this is the third time and once again they completely messed it up. I ordered a Cobb salad and the chicken is ice cold when it’s always supposed to be warm. I also ordered a #2 Deluxe and it came with NO CHEESE. On top of that, the fries smell like old oil and are a bit burnt, they’re usually not this dark brown. I asked for ranch and was given Chick-fil-A sauce instead. At this point I’m beyond disappointed. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be known for accuracy and quality, and this location has horrible organization and zero attention to detail. What is actually going on here?

Horrible service non chick fil a material, won’t do what other locations down the street(fries in AM) do. Horrible experiences since the first time, I’ll never go here again I’ll take my business down the street. Not sure who runs this location but it’s not up to par with the Chick Fil A Name
