I was looking up nearby places to find churros and I found this place. Definitely hit the spot in terms of my churro craving, hence the name "Cravings". It cost about $12 for the sundae. Keep in mind: they charge you 54 cents for whipped cream on top. And they don't tell you that so you're welcome. Other than that, place was cool. Nice atmosphere and it's right next door to its sister store called "Cravings Hot Chicken". Definitely worth checking out.
Parking: The parking is easy to find right in front. However, keep in mind that when you turn into the driveway there's a parking. So when you're backing out you're backing out into traffic on the street.

I buy here casually. And I have had an incident once before with this place and ordering online, but now it happened again when I had my son order online. Ordered at 7:03 & said it'd be done by 723. Ok cool he calls and asks status since the progress hasn't moved. Someone tells him while ON SPEAKER that there was no order for him and said they only accept orders through GrubHub and Doordash and said he can try and order again on one of those 2 because there was no order showing on their end. I took my son and told the male at the register that he ordered something on CLOVER and was told nothing was showing, yet he was charged. Thr male was able to find it and said he'd print it out and have it made. Our order was finally done at 750. I am not at all happy with the service and the manager was there. He heard me and comments made. As a regular I will no longer support this place. The purpose of online ordering is to convenience the buyer and save time. Rather than having our order in 20 mins it took 50 and there were only 2 people ahead of us. Food is good always is, but service sucks.

The ice cream was immaculate and the workers were even more immaculate. The customer service was top notch. I came here with my family and enjoyed it very much and will be coming back. I usually never write reviews but the customer service here was just too good to pass up on this opportunity

Ordered the waffles bites with smores ice cream and cookie crisp. The absolute most delicious waffle I've had in a minute! Warm and airy and crunchy despite being at the bottom of ice cream.

Wonderful and decadent desserts. They will customize your selection and everything is delicious. Also they have a really good chicken place next door. Also super good.

I scream for ice cream from craving! Crazy menu from cold brews and churros to ice cream, waffles, and frozen lemonade with multiple toppings. Everything looks good if you're not on a diet or diabetic ?. I have tried the blueberry raspberry lemonade with chamoy and chili on the rim. It is hella good, but you're gonna drink lots of sugar. The salty chile on the rim makes you keep wanting to even out the sugary side. They also have different types of chips with crazy flavors from different parts of the world. I would recommend if you are around to check it out...
