I will never order any food from this location again . I ordered a pizza at 7:15 pm , over a hour went by , I called to get a eta time on my Order, only to find out the driver left at 830pm with my order. By 9:15 I still never received my pizza , called location to complain, and get a refund only to be put on hold & manager never returned to my call , so I had to drive over to the dominoes location , only to be told a bold face lie by the driver , that the pizza was delivered! , when it never came . After threatening to call the police for my refund , the manager proceeded to take action with returning my money . Beaware of this place when ordering a delivery, you may not receive it !!!!!

I made an order for delivery at 11:22am with an estimated delivery time of 23-33 minutes. I ordered one medium pizza and parmasan bites. My pizza did not even enter the oven until 12:15pm! Almost an entire HOUR after placing my order. Yes, it rained earlier however it was no longer raining by the time I had ordered. After calling multiple times with no answer, finally someone picked up the phone at the store. They confirmed the order had barely entered the oven an hour later. They did not offer any way to help make up for the time. Had they called earlier and explained that the order was not going to be delivered for another TWO HOURS after being placed, I would have cancelled and placed my order elsewhere and not had waited my entire lunch break for nothing (which was supposed to arrive before my lunch to begin with). The lack of communication was extremely disappointing.

Ordered from mix and match 6.99 per item. Was charged 8.99. Cashier and manager could not tell me why. Told me to contact corporate. I felt totally ignored. This place is staffed with ignorant people. They need more customer service training. It felt like a Robotic atmosphere. No real compassion. Is this the culture we really want to live in. Have read owners responses. They are generic. Robots. Not even an apology by a real person. Shame on you people. Lost my business.

The girl working was not wearing gloves and she was on her phone touching it which is dirty and then going to handle food she also forgot one of the items we ordered and whenever she made it it tasted and looked horrible

Pizza was truly excellent. I had the six cheese and added pepperoni. Dominoes is now far better than their competitors. The only thing I would like is a crispier crust. Their is soft, but it was tasty and more than palatable. The other thing I would like is that their pizza doesn't cost $20. I know the economy has gone crazy But poor people (and what little is left of the middle class), can't afford $20 for a pizza these days. That's what restaurants in Culver City were charging during Covid. I don't know what it's like now. Well it was a good pizza but it's unlikely I'll buy one often because of the price. Little Caesars went up by two bucks. From $5 to $7, I think. It's certainly not as good but the price difference does not match the smaller difference in taste and quality for a no-dine-in item. More expensive for delivery, of course. As a pick up, ambience was fine enough.
