First would like too start with the service. I wasn’t greeted and was ignored too where I had too order off the tablet. Ok no problem I also wanted a maple donut no one was there too speak too and when I did no one acknowledged me. I sat down heard my order so I grab my sandwich, I try a bite my egg is still frozen and no sauce is added when I payed extra for it. Literally threw it away in the parking lot. Terrible experience waste of money.

Staff at this location is very rude and not worth my time or money. Walked in to order and while looking at donuts waiting on a server, my husband asked for code to the restroom. Employee stated “it’s for customers only”. We stated that we are buying something. Employee said, “one moment” and never helped us. This failure of customer service does not deserve my hard earned money. We immediately left. I read the reviews and it seems I’m not the only one with this problem. Is the employees you hire worth losing your customer base? I guess so because nothing has changed. This business deserves to fail. When you can’t meet minimum expectations of great customer service and the food is bad, what is your purpose and mission on being a business???

I usually enjoy coming to Dunkin’, but my recent experience wasn’t pleasant. One of the employees seemed unfriendly and acted in a rather harsh way. Their attitude and the way they looked at customers felt a bit disrespectful. I believe a friendlier and more welcoming approach would make the experience much better.

They ALWAYS mess up my order. I get someone else's order or I'm missing an item. And the food is never ready if you order online, they make you park in a spot and wait. Online order is only convenient if your order a drink. Im done ordering from a place that constantly messes up my order.

Ordered about 3 bagels, 3 coffees and 3 hashbrowns and a order of their bacon (it was my first time trying it but definitely not my last it was amazing!!) the staff did a well job with preparing our food and all. It did take a few minutes longer but they constantly kept communicating with me that it was almost done. The co owner Coby or Cody (sorry I cant remember his name) was nice enough to give my daughter and I munchkins for the wait!! Amazing job team! Thank you so much for a great visit!

This dunkin has workers with the worst attitude ever. I’m always leaving here with a sour taste in my mouth due to how rude they ALWAYS are, and they ALWAYSSS make you park infront of the store and have you waiting for 10+ minutes with ZEROOO people in line

I was craving some donuts yesterday Monday June 9 I visited this place but this ladies are doing nothing rudes and the 2 left donuts there has 🪰 and mosquitos around the last donuts and then asked if they have more donuts and they answered so rude. they were doing nothing just laughing I want to work here at dunkin to do actually nothing like this rude girls
