This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. Donut is still ok but everything else about the store is just not good. From the door in an awkward spot. the size of dining area, dirty restroom, door slam shut really hard every time someone close the restroom door, to staffs cleaning stuff right at the cashier counter next to register, everything just feels not good at all. Definitely avoid this spot unless you use drive thru.

Sad to say, I came to this location to buy donuts for the family but left empty-handed. No employee or manager greeted me when I walked in, and I stood behind the counter waiting and waiting and waiting for some service that never came, so I guess my money isn't good enough for this location. Now I know why this location is always empty when I pass by. But you can't put all the blame on the employees it starts with management that allows this type of behavior. Bye, bye for good. Will never step foot in this location again.

7/25/2024 the workers that were scheduled working approximately around 1:36 pm were rude and antisocial. They made my drinks and forgot the rest of my order. When I asked the taller worker where the rest of the stuff was, they looked upset at me. Pretty lame experience. Maybe you shouldn’t work at Dunkin’ if you can’t handle talking to people.
Ordered two drinks, 2 donuts, and 3 sandwiches.
I ordered two drinks, no cup holder was offered. When I asked for one, that same worker seemed upset at me for asking.
Then they completely forgot about the rest of my order. When I asked for the rest, my donuts were given to me and the worker seemed upset again. Again, I asked for my sandwiches, too since I paid for them.
Dunkin’ Donuts has been my go to place for many years but not anymore. It seems like they’ve lost touch with customers while implementing kiosks. ?

The Dunkin midnight coffee and sweet black pepper bacon and egg croissant is pretty good. Use the Dunkin app or in store self order terminals for the fastest service.

I had the new menu item, something that looks like a burrito. It’s filled with egg, cheese & chorizo. I like that It’s not greasy & the chorizo has bite.
