This morning around 7:10 a.m. on Christmas Day, I visited a Dunkin Donuts drive‑thru for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and left me with no desire to return.

While placing my order, the employee at the speaker was rude and unhelpful. When I reached the window, I politely asked if I could add a chocolate donut. Despite there being no cars behind me, the employee appeared irritated and addressed me as “honey” in a condescending way before responding abruptly, asking what I wanted and how many I needed.

As a business owner, I find this type of interaction unacceptable. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be standard, especially during the holiday season. Because of the employee’s attitude, I chose to cancel the additional item and leave.

Customer service plays a major role in a business’s success, and this experience fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, this visit ensured that I will not be returning to this location.

I have to say this is my second time stopping at this location and both times it’s only been one employee but today omg! We took an hour just to get our coffee and food. They had an employee who doesn’t even belong to that store it was to much for him to handle he would forget about customers inside to take care of drive Thur. It’s not his fault this location is so badly operated!!

They need a new drive thru attendant. Telling costumers they're annoyed and talking under their breath isn't too professional. Hopefully Dunkin fixed this situation before it escalates.

Searching for a Dunkin' and this Dunkin was the closest one from where I was going. Drive-thru 🙌🏽 yes! Wait was a little longer the expected. It's all good! Got my D and extra ice cup 🧊 🥤 because it was scorching the morning. Drive-thru attendant understood me when ordering tater tots lol #hasbrowns. Had couple of questions and were answered.

I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin locations, but the Bellflower one stands out. No matter the time of day, the service is always excellent. Every single employee goes above and beyond. I even drive past the closer Downey location just to come here because it’s worth it.

The food and drinks are always consistent, and the times I’ve gone inside, it’s been clean and welcoming. Simply put, this Dunkin gets it right every time. Highly recommend.

Coffee is decent. But we are spoiled in SoCal by the vast donut options. Dunkin’ is the second worst option, only above the trash donuts you can buy at grocery or convenience stores. Better donuts are a 1 min drive away from this location (Dandy, Granny, or Valerie)

Ok but not as other Dunkin’ Donuts tasted different or probably new location as I was passing by and stopped to get donuts and coffee, there is no cup holder if you order few cups no way to take them off at once and how to manage in the car to hold them are hard, the company should come up with a solution for takeout specially with orders more than 3 or 4 cups.
