They need a new drive thru attendant. Telling costumers they're annoyed and talking under their breath isn't too professional. Hopefully Dunkin fixed this situation before it escalates.

Searching for a Dunkin' and this Dunkin was the closest one from where I was going. Drive-thru šš½ yes! Wait was a little longer the expected. It's all good! Got my D and extra ice cup š§ š„¤ because it was scorching the morning. Drive-thru attendant understood me when ordering tater tots lol #hasbrowns. Had couple of questions and were answered.

Iāve been to plenty of Dunkin locations, but the Bellflower one stands out. No matter the time of day, the service is always excellent. Every single employee goes above and beyond. I even drive past the closer Downey location just to come here because itās worth it.
The food and drinks are always consistent, and the times Iāve gone inside, itās been clean and welcoming. Simply put, this Dunkin gets it right every time. Highly recommend.

Coffee is decent. But we are spoiled in SoCal by the vast donut options. Dunkinā is the second worst option, only above the trash donuts you can buy at grocery or convenience stores. Better donuts are a 1 min drive away from this location (Dandy, Granny, or Valerie)

Ok but not as other Dunkinā Donuts tasted different or probably new location as I was passing by and stopped to get donuts and coffee, there is no cup holder if you order few cups no way to take them off at once and how to manage in the car to hold them are hard, the company should come up with a solution for takeout specially with orders more than 3 or 4 cups.

Barista, if you can call her that, was extremely rude. She left the register for 20+minutes. I was w/ friends and employees seemed to have an attitude. We asked for a cup carrier and she had attitude again. She said āwe donāt need you guys here.ā
I wouldnāt be surprised if they get into legal trouble in the future. Buy your coffee & donuts elsewhere, itāll save you time.
This Dunkinā Donuts is great; the manager, Andres was working the front, back and driveway thru efficiently and professionally. Got my coffee and Iām happy.

This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. Donut is still ok but everything else about the store is just not good. From the door in an awkward spot. the size of dining area, dirty restroom, door slam shut really hard every time someone close the restroom door, to staffs cleaning stuff right at the cashier counter next to register, everything just feels not good at all. Definitely avoid this spot unless you use drive thru.

Sad to say, I came to this location to buy donuts for the family but left empty-handed. No employee or manager greeted me when I walked in, and I stood behind the counter waiting and waiting and waiting for some service that never came, so I guess my money isn't good enough for this location. Now I know why this location is always empty when I pass by. But you can't put all the blame on the employees it starts with management that allows this type of behavior. Bye, bye for good. Will never step foot in this location again.
