This BBQ is ???? they smothered the rib tips in a savory spicy BBQ sauce ahh-ma-zing!!!!! And the portions are We'll worth the price

I felt bad the old man was trying to keep his little business together. But if he can't find help he just needs to close its so dirty inside and Appearances everything so I didn't waste my money.

Kenny Hamilton from Mississippi opened his BBQ pit here off of Alondra Blvd In Bellflower. Pre Covid this place was rocking and fresh; during and after Covid things have changed so it's a 50/50 guess if you will like it or not. I haven't been back since my last visit and I would usually go there quite a bit. Not sure what happened but definitely somethings off. Hopefully they can regain their previous glory.

Worse food I ever ate... first the hot links tasted like dog food in sausage formation. Second the greens were can greens... the ribs been sitting so long I crushed the bone with my fingers... highly disappointed and I'll never eat here again. I barely leave reviews but I had to cause this was the worse food I ever ate in my life!!!!

I just tasted the rib tips and I’m going in for the pulled pork sandwich Hambone’s a nice guy and you should come by food from him!

There's no star for this place in Bellflower California please if you value your health do not eat there the food that's being served to you no matter what it is it's old as dirt basically it's totally totally unhealthy called the health department please don't eat there they get a ----000 and it's not people friendly you will be mad at the fake services.

What happened to this place?? I used to come here 2 years ago and it was so delicious. Ive been back 3 times since then, 2 times the food was 4/10 and the customer service was bad. They gave me cornbread that was black from the bottom and the burnt taste got up to the top. The rude cashier said all the cornbread was like that and didnt want to refund me. The third time the doors were wide open and the open sign was up but noone was there and i waited 10 minutes before a mechanic came from the back and looked at me like i broke in telling me they're closed. It was 2pm on a wednsday how was i supposed to assume that. I feel they are racist towards latinos. (Yes black people can be racist.)The new spot isnt any less arrogant and rude. Im done with this place forever.

I saw a review that said the food tasted old and OMG ?- The plastic on my cornbread smelled like chemicals or bug spray of some sort- I got 2 other opinions to make sure I wasn’t crazy. My Mac and cheese tasted old and burnt, my rib tips were mixed with good meat and extra dry pieces that were not edible and they forgot my sauce on the side. The potato salad and cake was the only thing tolerable. I literally threw away $25 worth of food! Gas is TOO HIGH for this smh ??‍♀️. I won’t be back sadly.

I had a taste for some chicken or turkey hot links and was referred to this restaurant. Well, I should've call first. No chicken on turkey hotlinks, so I decided to get chicken and requested a breast, well no breasts. I was going to get the chicken or turkey chili and was inform the menu was old, and the chili was no longer being served. Ended up ordering the thigh and leg, when I got home which was less than 10 miles away our food was cold, the thigh wasn't fully cooked and pink, the butter on my cornbread didn't melt, just a disappointing all away around experience for me. I'm going to use the remaining BBQ sauce, which has a nice flavor for the wings I'm about to thaw out.I ONLY gave them a 3 because my husband enjoyed his meal, ribs and black eyed peas.

My friends recommended this place to me. I went with a very high expectation, but I was utterly disappointed. Bad service, bad presentation of food, dirty bathrooms, and blatant disrespect of customers.When I asked for the owners/managers to raise my concerns, the “owner” was very aggressive and even threatened me after I gave him constructive feedback. I couldn’t not believe the situation. As a business owner myself, I believe that customers provide the best insight into how to improve my business and I sincerely appreciate it. I whole heartedly believe that the owner of this restaurant will go under if he continues business practices like this. Why even go into the restaurant business if you are going to drive your clientele away. I will be posting this review across all social media and review websites to spread the word about this tainted place.

The restaurant did not have a health inspection grade posted. The restaurant was dirty, floors windows, countertops and the vents!!! The mac n cheese was spoiled. The bbq brisket was salty . The cornbread was cold!!! This was our 1st and last time going there!!!!

No matter how many chances I give this place, they can NEVER get an order 100% correct. The food is not cheap, but it is right down the street. I wish they could come through...

This restaurant is definitely one of the best place in the area. Anytime I come to this place I am deeply glad. They always keep their high level service and the highest level of dishes they serve. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Highly recommended.

The first time I went to this place when the Channel 5 recommend their the food was on ?? ?...this time their debit~credit machine didn't work ..I order macaroni salad they gave me some color less macaroni @ cheese... couldn't eat out on their tables @ chairs that were outside...gave me one napkin...knowing how messy barbecue can be?...wasted my $6.80..I recommend stay away from this place...Channel 5 R.I.P.,would probably say the something
