Hello Birdie Chicken Restaurant

You better believe it FINALLY! A smash burger from this place which I can honestly rate it 10 out of 10 my first time here and I went for the Rodeo double smash patties with cheese spicy saucy just the way I like it! Oh forgot to mention it did have an Onion ring in it…Did I ask for an order of Onion rings? YES MOST DEFINITELY…heck it was Halloween and I had done my Catrina makeup for a special occasion so last trip was to head over to Steel Craft Bellflower Check the Atmosphere there and enjoy the rest of my evening. Food was delicious! Weather was cold and it rained , Well not to worry because this place had the heaters going the Band was Playing Spanish Rock and everyone who could was dancing and ambiance was on point. Overall my dinner was delicious, service was wonderful and will I return? Yes??✅keep up the good work ladies ?Also a shout out to the people who work to keep the place spotless and well kept during my time there it was very noticeable…Greatly appreciated?

Parking: There’s plenty of parking when you can’t find street parking go to the back of steel craft there’s parking lot there and also plenty of parking by City Library of course a little walk but it’s worth it! There’s also parking across the street behind the business there too there’s another parking lot ?️ like I said just a little walk but definitely worth enjoying what Bellflower has to offer with all it’s restaurants so close by.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food options for kiddos and space to walk or dance to music ? plus which kiddo doesn’t like fries especially crinkle cut fries and burgers

Wheelchair accessibility: I have a walker and I was able to get around comfortably and safely around while ordering my food and picking it up when ready and sitting while enjoying the band and people dancing. Bathrooms are accessible too!

I wanted to like this place especially after all the reviews about amazing customer service. But I've never had someone actually throw my food at me...this was literally the worst customer service that I've had in my life. I went there for the babes creative market and ordered a double smashburger with fries. The cashier didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all but we all have our days and the market might've made it a bit hectic for them so I shrugged it off. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was a single. I took it back and there was a person walking up to order at the same time I was walking up to the window. He ordered and I thought she would acknowledge me after but didn't. She proceeded to take another order, then give someone else their food. I thought finally when there was no one left, she would acknowledge me but she didn't. After waiting a bit, I finally said through the window "are you even going to ask what's wrong or acknowledge me at all?" When she turned around, I went to show her the single burger and before I can finish, she cuts me off and says she can make me another one. I thought ok but shrugged it off again. I waited again and when the pager went off, there was a pair of guys asking if only one person was working there because they had been waiting and still hadn't been acknowledged either. That was when the cashier threw the smashburger in a solo to go box out the window and it slid down the metal counter toward my direction. The guys looked at me awkwardly and said "whoa" all wide eyed. I wish I could comment on the food but I was already left with a bad taste in my mouth after all of that. Who throws food at people like they are a dog or something?! This is the first time in my life I've ever wanted to take the tip back. I'd be surprised if there wasn't spit in it or something. Awful.
