Terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in the establishment I was not greeted with a welcome . The employees appeared tired , stressed out , or overwhelmed. The energy was not acceptable. My order was online takeout & was not properly prepared in time because when I entered there were no customers so why is my meal not ready ? Lastly , when my order was complete the employee did not ask for my confirmation email, she did have attitude, & I was not told thank you. This is why I only do online orders because whomever is the hiring manager clearly cannot see that they have staffed the wrong people . Many people chose online orders to avoid this typeOf customer service . I was not satisfied with today’s visit .

Came here @ 10/10/23 @3:10pmThis store was very clean, we had an emergency restroom situation, and my toddler had to go. This place was not packed, was very spacious, and I enjoyed my time there. The employees were very kind to us too.. I really like this store :)Kid-friendliness: They have kid high chairs. Very spacious.

I ordered a #9 and wanted one tomato cut in half. The man preparing the food grabbed a knife with avocado on it. I advised him that I have an allergy and cannot eat avocado. I then said I would hate to have to pass along the hospital bill. The man said "That would be Mike's issue to deal with". I replied by saying, "Well you prepared it and I don't want you getting fired over avocado." He replied in saying, "Again, that's Mike's issue to deal with!" I was appalled at his reply. He did care I had allergies. He didn't care it could land me into a hospital. He simply said, "That's Mike's issueTo deal with!"

These incompetent sandwich makers give a burn chocolate chip cookie and forget to put honey mustard on my sandwich. I notice when you order on door dash they break all the rules and regulations on property packing orders. Very incompetent and lack accountability

Called a bunch of times trying to get hold of a manager and the phone never got picked up. My husband and I go to this location often & its always the same rude guy making the sandwiches. Every time we ask for an item he has a sarcastic response thinking he's funny but it's actually really rude. My husband asked for our sandwiches to be toasted and he said they don't have toasters. Does this location not have a manager present?

Ordered the hot Chicken Ranch sub. I assumed it would be just as tasty sandwich like most of them. Due to cold weather I wanted a warm sandwich. With the First bite I took it was disgustingly Drowning in ranch dressing. The tosted bread was soaked in the stuff. I couldn't eat it so I washed off what could and fed the chicken and beacon to my dogs. Still hungry i only drank my soda and ate my chips. Now Hangry! What a waste of money when you have no extra to spend.We did call to inform them that it was too much dressing, per Rafale who anwered the phone. Said that they do 3 lines of the dressing per their standards and he personally made it. No apologies were given more like this how we make it too bad And that was it.No offers to fix the problemNo sorry at least. A sorry for that inconvenience.Just bad service over the phone and bad sandwiching.0 out 5 stars.Parking: Very Busy parking , just drive slow and be courteous

The staff at this location are always so nice. The sandwiches from Jersey Mike's are always good but the staff makes the experience quick accurate and worth the extra 10mins. it takes me to get there.
