Johny's Kambingan is a small spot but great for a quick Filipino meal. The dishes are flavorful and satisfying, perfect for when you're craving authentic Filipino food on the go.

Going to a party and decided last minute to take something. My usual place for Lumpia was further away so I found Johnny's closer to me. Now when you talk small Mom & Pop store, this is it. A small restaurant with no air conditioning (or at least not when I was there) and nothing fancy. I'm not trying to talk bad about this place, it's just really Mom & Pop. It's a fast food Filipino place with several food choices. I ordered a tray of Lumpia and by time I got there, it was ready to go. But while there, I also saw that he had some fried shrimp so I bought that tray as well. Both were good. The fried shrimp was just basic breaded fried shrimp that you would find at any other place. No special Filipino or Asian seasoning. The Lumpia was good but I will say that the filling was a little skimpy and skinny. Nothing too bad but it was lacking compared to other places. One thing that definitely sets this place apart is the service. Johnny was extremely friendly and welcoming. To be honest, it wasn't the best Filipino food I've had but it was good and due to it's proximity to me, I would definitely order from this place again. Plus I try and support not only local but small Mom & Pop shops when I can. Not a big deal but one note. They do charge you a fee for using your credit card. Nothing uncommon about that but it was surprising being that I spent over $60 and still got charged the fee. Usually there is a minimum. He pointed out the sign that states that all transactions are charged, but only after he dug it out behind other papers that were covering the notice.

WONDERFUL SERVICE! The food was exceptional, and it was very flavorful. The owner “Tito Johnny” was such as nice person, who treats you as you are apart of his family. I recommend to consider trying the sisig, goat caldareta, and lechon kawali. If you want, also try the lumpia ?. There’s many other dishes which are excellent and I hope you try it plus enjoy it as well. The fellowship, Filipino ambiance etc. are all top tier! Love you, Tito Johnny! ???

Way too expensive to eat here. One item and rise is now about $15 dollars. The worst is one side is a tiny little spoon. It's not a place to get a quick bite anymore.

Very expensive to eat here because you can't buy a combination everything is a lacarte at least you spend $10 dollars for one single item with rice and bottle of water they don't even have water dispenser if you dine in. I have order pinapaitanand kaldereta to try out and it cost $19.98 in very small serving

This is the best filipino resturant I've had the pleasure to visit. The staff was super kind, both the owner and cook came out to talk to me about the food and the Philippines. They recommended dishes and all of them were delicious especially the Dinugang. Thanks!

Hours may have changed or maybe they went out of business not open on Thursday 530pm
We purchased goat caldereta. I really light this dish normally. There was no meat all fat. Maybe that is all that is available.
We had an awesome in this place. We enjoyed the first-rate vibes and the menu. The staff are super attentive. I am happy we eventually decided to eat here.
