This location sucks, I with I could give negative, they have months or even years saying they close at 11 but the it website says 12. They still let you order and charge you and then at 11:15 they say you have to leave like what the helllyyy like bruh you close at 12 WORST LOCATION

Honestly have been coming here for years, had great experiences in the past worth 4.5 stars, now it’s lackluster, food comes out slowly service is extremely slow, and overall I leave not wanting to come back anytime soon. I’d say nowadays coming here is an unplanned whimsical decision. One of which I am reminded as to how far this location has fallen.

We have been to Kalveras in San Pedro and always exceptional experience, on the other hand, this one has a huge room for improving it's costumer service. We have had to wait for a good fifteen minutes before anyone approached to ask how many in our party, workers just saw everyone in front waiting, and no one took the time to come and greet. The person sitting didn't ask who was first in line, and just told everyone it would be 5 minutes, came back later and again said it was five minutes. The food is pretty good, but the front staff needs to be properly trained.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in here as an uber pickup, and I was given the worst attitude by the manager. I was on the phone with support. Because the restaurant told me that they didn't receive the order. And they we're asking me to ask the story if they can still make the order since it was sent successfully and the manager gave me awful attitude saythe kitchen was closed and they were not going to make anything for me. I made a comment in regards to my frustration that I drove over 7 miles to pick up the order and now I wasn't gonna get paid for it at all. And I just wasted my time.And he said that it was too bad and he proceeded to say welcome to something, but I had already walked away and didn't stakes, listened to him continue to disrespect me. It would have been one thing if he would have communicated without an attitude and maybe empathize with me, since we're both blue collar workers and explaining to me but he had to say it in the most rude disrespectful way and proceed to make me feel worse than I was already starting to feel losing out on pay and wasting my time and gas. Also, this just happened at 10p m and they don't close till 11

We got there and they said our reservation where not ok that we need to seat somewhere else not close to the live music so we left this the second time they do this to us

Slow service even on a slow day , it was empty and took us forever to get our meal and drinks

Server was very inattentive would not check on us . He would disappear for long period of time maybe since automatic gratuity was included due to our party size he didn't care . We ate paid and took our party another restaurant were they do provide hospitality to there guest .

Too expensive, specially Tuesday taco too much sloppy lot grease, aslo salad bar not clean 😒, manger s attention neglected, waitress not friendly 😑,inside too much dark not enough light bright,restroom inside men not have hot water hand-wash

Had a good experience, drinks were on point and lots to choose from. Went on Halloween and there was one bartender, one server, one buser and a manager taking care of the whole restaurant so short staffed. With that said, they really did a remarkable job so I feel terrible giving less than 5 stars. I'll give it another shot and I'm sure if they're fully staffed it would be a 5 star experience ✨️
