My dad came to the king taco on Lakewood and the cashier Maria L was being so inconsiderate and rude talking to her co workers laughing while taking my dad's order that she got my dad's order wrong! 😡 the food was good (besides the 2 sweet tamales we didn't want!) my dad usually let's these kind of things go but he told me he was so annoyed that he personally asked me write this review for him just off the fact that he WORKS SO HARD to PAY for the food he buys us to be scoffed off and getting his food wrong by someone that doesn't care. What kind of customer service is that? plz we could do better than that 1 ⭐️ for Maria, if I could give 0, I WOULD! Food was good - 3 ⭐️s

I have never known for a Mexican restaurant to not have lemon let alone a king taco. This is what happens when restaurants are cheap and try to cut corners.
Honestly if I can give them 0 stars I would!!! 1st and last time ever coming here. I kept repeating my order to the lady she 1st messed up. She they had to refund me and then she was charging me for 8 burritos when I said 8 tacos multiple times. So after they get the manager because the lady couldn’t do the order right. Then after she didn’t give me my water after asking for it and waiting. Not only that when they called my number they were not even done making the order and still repeating and messing up 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I always go to king taco but 1st time at this was and way definitely disappointed

Just ordered an AL pastor burrito. Then the lady made a Carne asada burrito and was super rude when I asked her if it was AL Pastor. I'll make you another one! She yelled... then she asked me salsa on outside or inside and when I asked outside she puts a whole label of salsa inside... when I asked her if I could get it on the outside like she asked she got upset. Then I asked a guy for napkins and he also was upset... Sensitive emotional rude people should stay home. This place has awful shitty rude staff.
