The table was sticky and so were the menu's. Service was ok, we will not be going back. Silverware was also sticky. Place could be cleaner

I’ve been to the Loaded Cafe in Santa Ana three times and always had a good experience there, I wanted to try this other location but it was a horrible experience, I thought trying this other location would give me the same experience as the Santa Ana one but it’s totally different service here sucks waited 30 minutes for just my drinks was crazy when it wasn’t even busy, we kept on asking for refills that never came. The food did not look fresh. I do not recommend this location.

This place reminds me of Dennys.. its mid and nothing special about the place or their food. Once and done kind of place .

Stop by for breakfast. 20mi s wait on a Sunday is fair. Complimentary conchas are good. Waited almos 45mins for food. Chilaquiles were rdcommended but were disappointing, soggy and salsa was more sour than spicy. Ordered scrambled eggs and they had a brownosh color to them as if they were cooked with used oil. The server was attentive but only came over to tell us our food was next.
We will no be returning or recommending this location. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!😥

Very disappointed in this place. My first time coming here and thought it was going to be a good experience. 30 min wait time (it wasnt even busy). The front girl wasn't very nice. Once we did get seated (we were seated at the front) the server helped us and gave us time to order which was nice and gave us our Conchas (the best thing of this place). We ended up getting our food 30 mins later. Small portions for what I paid for and once we were done, we had to wait an additional 40 mins to get the bill to leave. Overall I would not come back here. I would say they were short staffed but honestly for how slow they were I feel the had the right amount of staff.

On a Saturday, wait time around 11 am was 40 minutes. I loved the fact that they had $6 unlimited pancakes... my kids loved it... their Conchas were fresh and not hard. I never really liked Conchas because of how hard they always were with little flavor and too much carbs... Ide rather eat other carbs than waste it on hard Conchas...not here though! The Conchas they served here were something I've never tried before! Warm, soft, flavorful...this is what fresh Conchas are really like, and I'm barely tasting how they're supposed to be! The ci chas they served were on the house. The food i ordered was the omlete with hollandaise sause and hash browns...wow so creamy and amazing. The dulce de Leche cafe was amazing! It was 7 dollars, but worth it. The servings were small, or just decent....not too much and not filling...but it definitely made me content for a few hours. I even fell asleep and took a nap when I got home at 12pm! I woke up at 4pm! Lol service was mediocre... the cashier was new and didn't know anything, but the waiter was good. Not amazing, not horrible. Just good. All in all, could be better, but it's still good for a okay place. Prices were decent for the specials. Other meals were pricey. I would come back though cuz there's alot of choices.

We went there early morning on a Sunday. Go early because it gets super busy after 9. Parking is limited so it gets tricky. The easier was very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious! I ordered the chilaquiles omelet with steak, an horchata latte and the strawberry banana crepe. Everything was so good. Prices are reasonable so we will definitely be going back!

For the hipe of the food, the service was not that great. Don't get me wrong, the problem was the lack of urgency. While they made us wait 45 minutes when they sat us down, there was plenty of empty table. I counted 4 extra tables. Even though we had waited 45, they had wanted us to take an open table, not a booth, which is what we wanted since we had small kids with us. That is how I realized there had been other open tables nearby. The food was good, though. Also, I didn't find this place through tiktok like I later saw on my feed. I happened to Google it when I went to fix my phone down the road.
