Literally messed up my order with the wrong things I wanted. The sticker was on the burgers on how it should have been and still they mess it up. I know it’s my fault for not checking but how is it to read and understand it was suppose to be plain and it had then sticker on how it should be and still mess up a plain burger and add the things to it.

Just very terrible customer service… patiently waiting to get helped at the counter. And get acknowledged by people in the back, but no one comes up to ask if I need anything but as soon as their coworkers come in, they acknowledge them right away instead of the customers. Like I don’t expect 5 star service but still.

Too long in line so I parked. got out to order our food they were even long on waiting for my order they forgot to include ketchup! Napkins! And drinks I will Not! Come here! Anymore? & they Don’t Even apologize! For my drinks and My ketchup & Napkins come on I purchase 8big Mac combo’s and 3 kids meals it’s sad I will Not! Be returning! I will go elsewhere it’s Not ? About the money it’s about my kids they for got the kids meals they were 3 and they forgot the drinks I had to step out of line because I told the manager about the 3 kids meal and the 10 drinks that included in my kids meals I wasn’t taken care of I was just very upset

The renovation of this location looks great! Personally I’m not used to the self check out and makes the process longer for me. Lastly, I can’t believe they charge for extra sauces
I stopped by 11/28 at around 9:50PM and the staff was very rude, had interactions with 2 staff members and they both had bad attitudes. All but one of the self order kiosks was out of order, druve thru was closed. Over all bad experience.
