Went there on a rainy day and the roof was leaking. My order took like 10 minutes for 2 items.
They had a milkshake on the money that they couldnāt serve, but otherwise the food was good

They do seem to be shorthanded but most of the workers are friendly and they make you feel at home by using your name when you come in

This McDonald's is cool to dine in at because the table has light-dots that light up when they're touched. I felt like a kid again making then light up!

I ordered breakfast meals with 3 large coffees. I asked for 8 creams and 8 sugars for each of my coffees (yes we like our diabetic coffee š) anywho, we got to the window to get our food and we reminded them to make sure to add 24 creams and sugars. They said āokā we leave and notice we only had 13 creams and 13 sugars for 3 large coffees. We call and spoke to the manager Her name is Martha. She got rude. About us complaining and we told her our food was going to get cold by the time we went back for our missing items. She said ā do whatever you want, if you want to bring the food back then bring it and make sure to bring all the drinks and food and receiptā and never tried to help with the situation. She said the receipt only said 15 and 15. But we werenāt even given that. Also, their system only allows them to put 15 in the system that is why we reminded them to add more. Anyway. She was offended and didnāt try to help us. Instead she chose to be rude with her disgusting behavior toward us how is she a manager ?

Just super slow and lazy. Myself along with four other people including a door dasher picking up stood at the front counter for 15-20 minutes. They had plenty of people working so lack of staff wasnāt the issue. Two men came in wanting to use the bathroom room, staff gladly went and opened door right away, but every single one of them walked by and never acknowledged any of us. The door dasher kept trying to get their attention in the back and nothing. Another guy walked by and I finally yelled can you get a manager out here I/we been standing here waiting for 15-20 minutes. The door dasher said Iāve been waiting a long time to. He showed him the phone the guy said ok as if he was going to get the food, and never came back with the food. When the manager came out I said help him first, he showed her the phone she went to the back and finally got his food. She say with absolutely no type of enthusiasm how can I help you. I say I/we all been standing here for 15-20 minutes and we havenāt been helped ⦠she had no remorse no friendliness, a very poor apology. Honestly, she didnāt care . You would think the manager would compensate us a cookie for the long wait, but nope she didnāt . She needs to be straight FIRED including everyone in the back. The service SUCKED! There should be absolutely no reason why the person working the front should be in the back talking and laughing with the people working the back. I wont even mention the drive thru line. Long af . Again they had plenty of staff members working in the back. If they would stop holding conversations amongst themselves and having care about who needs to use the bathroom and do more work they wouldnāt have this problem. If your in a hurry DO NOT COME HERE
