They refused to take my order in person….
They demanded that I use the kiosk or I would not be served….
So I left….
I will refuse to pay anybody who refuses to serve me….
This was the worst experience that I ever had with a fast food restaurant and I do not plan to go back to McDonald’s ever again they are so rude….

My son went to pickup the order and he was near the counter the attendant ignored him for about 10 minutes, he told me that he said excuse me many times but she ignored him totally until I went inside to check on him she finally attended us in a bad mood and the order was already ready when he arrived. Not a good experience today😠

Manager lady is rude and try to force you to order at the machine because they have no patience or time to take your order. She was unprofessional and felt she was forced to take my order.

Always make sure you have all that you paid for because I ordered 8 big Mack’s combo and 3 kids meals only got the Big Mac and fries but my 3 kids happy meal and all 11 drinks I didn’t I spoke to manager but she also wasn’t helpful she didn’t care of my problem so I will no longer come here! Because if you buy food and the manager doesn’t care for the customers why bother coming here? Right it’s Not so much the money but the customer service?

Actually, beyond awful service, as soon as I pull up, they rudely scream Yes?instead of asking what I would like.
And then i asked for Coke the person that was taking my order. Wasn't going to tell me that there was no Coke, someone behind them kind of Rudely, said we're out of it.
And then when I was like, okay, can I take up Sprite? Instead, they proceeded to go silent for 5 minutes me?I'm kinda confused like there's nobody here, so I know they weren't busy
Wife ordered through Door Dash at the McDonald's on Artesia & Woodruff aroubd 630pm 12-8-24. Spoke to McDonald's Employee Dezoray to inform her that I was picking up some food for Lupe through Door Dash. She then said put your 4 digit code on the tableg outside. Your food is there, but you need the code. I called my wife to ask for thd 4 digit code. There wasn't any 4 figit code on her receipt and she text me them to show Dezoray. She said, I will get your foox for you this time. I waited and a s iwaited. Finally, Manuel (Supervisor) arrived to say that since the food was ordered through Door Dash, nothing could be fone until I contact Door Dash. By ghis time, food was getting cold. I pleaded with Manuel and was showing proof. He kept on saying "Have a Good Day". I then asked him to if he would like to be treated the same way he treated me? I finally asked him for the Store Manager's Name? He said he couldn't disclose it nor the Owner's.
When I was leaving, I mentioned, aren't you going to honor what Dezoray said by giving me the food? He closed the window and I left property. Only reason I went to this extent, was that my Kids were looking foward to this meal.
I will never, ever go back to this store. Will follow up with the McDonald's complaint department, Store Manager, Owner, and Better Business Bureau tomorrow.
