I went to panda express for dinner the manager was pretty quick on taking our order ?? everything was going well the lady at the front counter, who helped us check out was nice as well. I would say their service was great up until Carla helped me out I realized I was given the wrong item I went back asked Carla if she may please change it she said what?!? With a really bad attitude and response… I know everyone has bad days but her customer service was awful and her face expressions were rude. After she exchanged the wrong item to the right one I asked her what should I do with this item? She said you could do whatever you want with it.. she could have said “don’t worry about it, it was our mistake keep or on the house” but no. Anyways food was great dinning area was constantly being cleaned.
Im 20 in the line waiting to order for my family and im watching how they are stuffing plates for a couple in a suit and the woman in nice outfit and when i starting to order the small woman thats about to serve me gives me some kids proportions on my plate. when i ask her to add a little more , she wouldn't even consider it ,serve me even less on my entree.... try another panda express this place is back on proportions

My food had a long piece of hair in it. I went back the next day and the manager didn't have any concerns about helping me.
To be honest I didn't plan to leave this review but got Food poisoning from the food.Had a granola bar for breakfastHad Panda for lunch, by the evening I didn't feel OK enough to eat..By late night I was no ok.. nearly a week later I'm slowly feeling better.By any means my immune system is strong, and haven't had food poisoning in a decade.Not sure if it was the food or handling.. It's just soo bothersome I can't eat normally still. Tired of toast and plain potatoes.Be aware.

Bad good News and broccoli was burnt why are they serving food that is burnt can they just do away and make a new batch and this was at 10 AM very disappointing

This spot is OK. The Beijing beef is dry, the orange chicken is somewhat bland and hard to chew with some burned edges. The honey shrimp is terrible, the breading is falling apart and its not even sweet at all. Chow mein and fried rice is same for all spots. Teriyaki chicken is good. Overall its OK to go to this spot but I recommend to avoid this and go to other locations because the cooks are not really good. Quality is not the same compared to previous locations I have went to before. Employees are kind and welcoming however, very conducive.

I love how the service is, the staff is very kind and helpful. I had Francis help me with my order and she was served us good and didn’t give too little food like most places. The place was clean and the food is fresh. I recommend the mango watermelon refresher. The only complaint I have is the parking.
