The reason for falling behind was she was insisting on locking everyone inside the store. Which is dangerous!!

Terrible customer service. While i was inside getting my order a delivery truck pulled behind me trapping me in. I let the manager inside know and she asked if i want her to talk to my boss to explain why i was late from lunch. Didnt offer any compensation for me being blocked in 30 mins. Asked for a credit or something and she said the delivery truck isnt part of our store. Called corporate. To see if they do anything.

I'm so upset with this location. I get pizza delivered from here often for Friday night dinners with my sister and there has never been a problem. Food is great, delivered timely but today was not good. They now out source their delivery with door dash, didn't know, and the delivery driver brings the wrong order. Someone else's name and address on the pizza. I ordered 4 pizza and he brought 1. He says it's not his fault that the pizza place gave him the wrong order and I need to call the restaurant to get it worked out. What! My phone rings and it's the name for door dash telling me the same thing. I said no the driver is just as much at fault. Went didn't he check what he was being handed and confirm. I said I don't appreciate after paying a delivery fee and tipping I'm being told I need to handle it. To say the least I was very upset. I try calling the store 3 times and no one answers the phone... just rings. Now my family is starving for dinner and I'm driving to the location to sort this out. I get there and the delivery driver is just getting there as well and it's now telling the girl behind the counter he's there for my order. I said did you tell her you delivered someone else's pizza to me and now that person isn't getting their delivery. How disappointed I was of the carelessness on both her and the driver and no one was saying sorry or they messed up. If they had I would've said mistakes Hakeem no problem but no! No sorry, no ownership and I had to go the extra mile. I won't order from them again. I feel like I was ripped off, pizza was cold, bad service and it's not cheap!!!
