There’s a loud ring when anyone enters the doors, no one acknowledged me and asked what I was there for. There are 2 workers, one worker wearing ear phones, knows there are customers inside and doesn’t say word, the other one didn’t even turn around she just kept working on nothing. Where is the manager? Where is the leadership. Crazy this store is being ran this way. When the guy wearing earphones finally decided to ask what’s up, my food order was already ready, just sitting there getting cold. Probably one of the worst papa John’s I have been too, which is weird cause normally Papa John’s service is better than others.

Got The Twix Bites. Tasted mostly caramel, butter, and dough. Tons of caramel, but they burned some of it, so some pieces did have a burned sugar taste. I wanted to try this because of a Tik Tok influencer said it was really good and showed that it had a lot of chocolate. I did not get any chocolate. They did not looked stuffed with Twix either.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered pizza and it had hair in it I called and they said they don't do refunds they can only remake it. Eat at your own risk

Got the Twix Bites due to social media, and they were not matching the social media post I saw. I feel like it was mostly caramel and not enough chocolate. I also got burned sugar pieces.

Ordered a pizza at 5:10 pm for my kids and it's 5:55pm. Tried calling the store from the website and they don't have their phone set up.. I ordered it delivered so I can't even call the store to see what's up with the order. When I ordered it said it should be ready within 30 mins and it's now 45 mins.. very unfortunate. Will NOT be ordering from papa John's anymore. Will be ordering from Pizza Hut. Only ordered from here to try the new stuffed garlic crust. Lesson learned.

A disappointing experience I've ever had to get pizza LMAO. My friend and I arrived at 10pm on Saturday, the door and the website said they close at 12am. So, we expected that would be more than enough time to grab some pizza but the door was locked and they told us that they were closed/weren't taking orders??? ♀️ so we went to the papa johns in Lakewood and they were open and took our order without problem idk, felt like complaining to corporate but I'll just leave a sad guys review. I just wanted pizza man.

Order for pick up and when I got my food the lady Maria (manager) was already aggressive. Went inside and said the name of the order she came with only 2 boxes nothing else, asked for cheese and pepper which she quickly responded they are right in front of me. Ok, then I asked for RANCH and Garlic and she said 1 comes in each box more would cost extra, so I said ok I'm fine with just 1 in each box. I come home to find out that it was only garlic in each box and one of the pizzas was not even cut. The manager kept insisting that I never mentioned I wanted ranch but I think she was just trying to rush me out of there. Then mentioned the pizza not being cut and she says that they cut all the pizzas and kept resuming to try in be right in this situation. She lacks customer service. Just make sure to check your order before you leave.

Had this pizza last night and have had a bad stomach ache and sorry to say THE RUNS all night long! I mean what the heck? Be careful eating there
I ordered through the app but never got a confirmation or ETA. I called the phone line and couldn't get an eta there either. Had to go in person to be told it wasn't ready yet.
