I just can't wrap my head around Asians cooking Cajun food. True Cajun restaurants do not combine fried rice, won ton soup, etc...Stay in your lane is the Cajun way.

I’ve been enjoying this restaurant for a while now. Every time I stopped in he’s been able to season and cook everything exactly how I’ve asked spices are fire. Oh and the clam chowder is delicious too. Just don’t ask for hot hot unless you’re ready I was just required a extra beer.

I stopped by today to pick up some pho for two and it hit the spot so well! Hot and tender beef and I made it spicy as usual. We will return on a Thursday to check out the live DJ and have spicy seafood.
