I feel robbed and kicked all around with the horrible service I received. Had my Quinceañera event last Saturday 10/22/22, and ended very frustrated with the service. The bartender was selling the beers I brought in for the guests and also selling the Mixed drinks even though I had paid in advanced for 100 mixes drinks, I deposited more money for 40 more mixed drinks, give directions to the bartender to give them only when I authorize them, when around the hall greeting my guests...read full review

We booked them for My daughter Sweet 16 for September 19th of this year 2020. We booked on March 2, 2020 and 18 days Later on March 20, 2020 California went on Lockdown, And at that time everything was canceled. Today is September 21, 2020 and yet still no events and 6 months later yet Park Catering does not want to refund my 500.00 deposit and 250.00 payment that was made to them 18 days before lockdown. I signed a contract with Park Place Catering for my 40th birthday party 3 weeks before COVID 19 they took my $950 deposit. My venue has canceled the event which was set for September and I cannot physically have a party even if I wanted too. I cannot postpone a 40th birthday party as I am only turning 40 ONCE! Park Place refuses to refund my full deposit they want are keeping $500 for doing nothing but collect my deposit. This company did not spend a dime except the cost of paper...read full review
