Hidden service fee. I will not be paying a service fee. Adding another tactic in order to make more money on already overpriced food. Going to olive garden and having to pay extra if your party is larger than 4 and now paying extra to place an order for takeout pizza, I don't think so. That's just a way to Nickle and Dime a customer. Will no longer be a Pizza Hut Consumer. Very disappointed in corporate and this maybe why the chain is failing.

VERY POOR!! I placed an order for delivery and I'm waiting and waiting no pizza. Ugh I call them and she said that they didn't have a driver and they're closing early. She said she called me and left me a message. NO MISSED CALL AND NO MESSAGE! This is not okay. Hours say open till 12:00 am. Not even 10:00. They did reverse the charges but I would have ordered somewhere else.

Y'all There's a reason this spot got 1 star. Placed an online order at 1030am for 1130am pick up and chose pay in store. They decide to call me at 1120am to tell me I have to pay before they could start but I was on the freeway and told them I have a lunch at 1145 but cannot read my cc while going 70. The manager Jennifer Rodriguez was rude throughout the transaction and when I got there. This whole store is trash and I ain't ever ordering from them again.

I ordered directly from them on their app. The driver showed up with zero change and was rude as hell, my choices were to either pay $40 for a $30 pizza, or refuse the pizza altogether cause he had no change. I Called the store, turns out they use door dash drivers without telling you... So there is no way to report the driver or hold them accountable because there is no record that I ordered from door dash because Pizza Hut takes it upon themselves to do that for you. I called the store and they said, "sorry we have to use door dash....here's corporates number."Corporate gave me the run around and a free pizza as long as I get it within thirty days and go pick it up myself.It's not okay to use a third party to deliver food without notifying the customer. Ridiculous

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and they charged my credit card. The status update said it was on its way. When more than 45 minutes had passed I called to check the status and they gave me the run around transferring me to different people till they finally hung up. When I checked my bank account they had refunded me my money with no explanation as to whey my order was canceled. Terrible. This is the worst Pizza Hut location I've ever encountered. Completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time coming to this location.
