I took my mother 85 years old to eat something in side she like chicken , well after waiting for an attendant We try to use her Kiosk but the machine through me out
Still waiting for service I ask for help to order food, I ask Ana one of the employees for help , she said to wait but after 10 minutes to be there trying to eat and make a purchase I decide to ask for the Employee name of course at that moment the manager appears
I ask for the name again
Until I get it.
I guues they need to take care all costumers and get enough people for a better service for

Worst Popeyes I ever had the misfortune to eat out of . I had 2 chicken sandwiches the buns were cold the chicken patty was barely warm . Everyone looked miserable specially the Mgr. I dont know what's going on here . Terrible customer service!!

The chicken sandwich was good but the soft drink was awful and the macaroni and cheese tasted old.

Went yesterday to get a meal. The AI machine in the driveway e true is so annoying. I told it thighs in the meal. When I got to the window they gave breast and 2 wings. I told them I said thighs. The lady that prepared the meal gave me a dirty look and switched it and tossed the meal on the counter. Then got the food home chicken was smoking wet in oil. And I bought a large side of red beans and rice. Had to throw it away because it was spoiled. Smelt weird and looked funny. Health dept should inspect this place. And please save the standard response to this you give everywhere complaint. It's obvious management don't care.

Came to get food with my friends and their ai machine broke then the workers inside took forever to help us when they could’ve just taken our order from the start plus they took over their estimated time to serve us just because the manager was upset we were asking for an update on the order and on top of that harassed us when we asked for sauce when Carl’s Jr across the street goes above and beyond without extra charges for you this place is garbage compared to their competing neighbors

I do not like the drive-thru AI that's there. Plus, they always get our food wrong. There are no people to ask us about our order, which is customer unfriendly. The AI is not smart to handle correct orders. Plus, the service at the drive-thru windows sucked. They got our order wrong, and they were unprofessional.
