I mean just because I order water doesn't mean I should be ignored afterwards. I order from Starbucks all the time. Plus I know that you can just come in for things like this. But whatever, some things/people will never change.

Very bad experience, I just went to buy a paradise drink and it was more ice than a drink. She didn't recommend it at all and the girl who took the order was very annoying.

I went to Starbuck and order a drink with extra caramel. I was in the drive thru for this transaction. When I got to the window to retrieve my drinks. I was giving my drink that was not what I asked for. The cashier gave me my drink and she never say anything to be about my drink I ordered. I had to ask the cashier that I did not get the drink I ask for. So the cashier tells me that they just run out of caramel. But if I did not say nothing to the cashier then I would of been charge for something that I did not get. I request a refund and I noticed on my refund receipt amount of my drink and my extra caramel was refund. SMH .. Be aware check your receipt. I will not be returning to this Starbuck

Amazing but perhaps some staff and patrons and I just noticed from other Starbucks in this one there are no cameras which at this stage I will make the safe to assume we kinda do need artificial intelligence to monitor everyone’s activities and many speciality doctors and staff to treat and provide resources to keep everyone safe and in a more happy state of mind with our us constitutional right and freedoms to be able to say no if we don’t feel comfortable as many if not all have had some from of trauma in our lives and it’s only best to keep more ethical to artificial intelligence and as a certified web master from Cerritos college hopefully I can be of assistance but until then music and dance haha and fiddle violin is more classical and a stricter art; and flute

The tall barista was super rude instead of helping an older customer that obviously was confused. Then yelled " you can't record in here" at a younger kid that was recording on his phone. She was just not a pleasant person.

Adding a 2 hour parking sign in a parking lot that has never been full is the pettiest thing I have ever seen from a specific Starbucks. There are actual issues and flaws that need to be worked on inside this particular establishment yet the first thing the company decides to put their foot down on is keeping patrons out from inside their Starbucks and their nearly empty parking lot hahaha What a joke! If this was a busy plaza and there was never any parking spots to be found I would understand the 2hr sign but the parking lot is empty 70% of the time at every part of the day. This is just an attack specifically on the guests who come into the Starbucks and use their facilities in which they intentionally provide so people can stay and work on whatever. I have never seen something so “nose in the air” (idiom) from a company ever. It seriously is so petty if they were going to implement a 2hr sign this might as well have been a governmental building. Im seriously laughing my butt off cause of the pettiness.P.S.The workers inside are great, my one star rating isn’t based on service, it’s based off the head scratching decision the company made to inconvenience their guests.
