The tall barista was super rude instead of helping an older customer that obviously was confused. Then yelled " you can't record in here" at a younger kid that was recording on his phone. She was just not a pleasant person.

This is the closest Starbucks from where I work that's why I go here but it's second time that I ordered a venti latte that is half full. It's like grande in a venti cup. Not happy!

Adding a 2 hour parking sign in a parking lot that has never been full is the pettiest thing I have ever seen from a specific Starbucks. There are actual issues and flaws that need to be worked on inside this particular establishment yet the first thing the company decides to put their foot down on is keeping patrons out from inside their Starbucks and their nearly empty parking lot hahaha What a joke! If this was a busy plaza and there was never any parking spots to be found I would understand the 2hr sign but the parking lot is empty 70% of the time at every part of the day. This is just an attack specifically on the guests who come into the Starbucks and use their facilities in which they intentionally provide so people can stay and work on whatever. I have never seen something so “nose in the air” (idiom) from a company ever. It seriously is so petty if they were going to implement a 2hr sign this might as well have been a governmental building. Im seriously laughing my butt off cause of the pettiness.P.S.The workers inside are great, my one star rating isn’t based on service, it’s based off the head scratching decision the company made to inconvenience their guests.

The best Starbucks drive-through in SOCAL service is excellent! My favorite Venti dark roast with half-half baristas always gets it right and very helpful.Vegetarian options: Classic oatmeal or blueberry never fails healthy choices ?

Smells like marijuana in the entire area and often in the store. Beverages have been very poor. Frequent many Starbucks and drinks either seemed rushed or incomplete in comparison to other locations. Will not return here.

Seriously! I could have been in and out of the drive thru within 3 minutes, which is what I normality do. I placed a pickup for 1 drink. Arrived 5 minutes later and stood 15 mins. I've never waited so long. Not even at downtown Disney's location. There were 2 cars in the drive thru when I arrived. I'm not even Joking when I say these employees need to get their heads on. 1 just walked around, not finding what she was looking for? Do better.
I've been coming to this Starbucks in the evenings for a few months. The drinks are always made perfectly, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the location is immaculate. The music selection is also pretty good. It is a good spot to study and, again, drinks are consistently good!

I don't what to say... maybe they stop being stingy with their drinks. Spent almost $20 just for them to fill the drinks half way. Maybe next time I'll go to Dunkin Doughnuts where they'll probably do a better job. Or maybe I can get a venti drink to get a grande drink. DO BETTER!
