November 11th, 2023 @ 1856 (For those that don't understand Military Time that's 6:56pm) The last time I was here I saved the number, so I can call my order in the next time. I called my order in today and ordered a small bionico since I just ate a large dinner. When I arrive, a medium was made which is $7; not a big difference. I mentioned when they charged me, so they just force their customers to take a medium. The female said, we don't make a small, but clearly on the wall menu it has small available. If a small wasn't available, they should communicate that on phone. Because they didn't, it would have been good business to just give me the medium at the small price and I would have stayed a loyal customer and not have to write a review, so they can think about it from a business mindset standpoint/perspective. Sometimes to get things right is to write.

So glad the place i was orginally driving to was closed because I found this hidden gem. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. The woman behind the counter is sweet as a peach and is great when I call in orders ahead of time.

killing some time before the boys lesson I walked in around 4:45 pm on a Thursday.the place was steamy and hot They had a huge variety of items with photos the lady with a blonde pony tail was on the phone when I came in she hung up the phone and greets me in Spanish and starts asking me what I would like naming several items that sounded good. I've never had a tostiloco and I was having a loco kind of day thought it would be fitting. The boy ordered a bubble gum raspado. And I ordered my tostiloco. She starts working on the raspado. Then takes another order then finally starts working on my tostiloco. 1 minute later she takes a phone call and has stopped working on my order. After awhile I ask the other worker how much longer it will take? The worker tries to tell Blondie on the phone that I'm still waiting. Blondie turns around after several minutes and tells me it's a phone call from the officials and turns away. End result I canceled my order the boys raspado left on the counter. Why the 4 stars? Blondie made it right she had her worker send me my order free of charge. I guess she remembered me mentioning my son was down the street. My tostilocos was crazy good! Fresh with a lot of mango, jicama, cucumbers, and of course " Cueritos" Muchas gracias güerita si voy a regresar !

$19 for a smoothie and orange juice after giving me a orange juice she thought I ordered. Very pricey and rude but smoothie was good. Whole place looked really nasty like someones garage.
