They don’t keep condiments out anymore and the app asks you specifically how many of each sauce you want… CHECK YOUR SAUCES IN THE SEALED BAG…. They don’t give you what you ask for.

Time and time again we give this specific location a chance but the customer service has always been horrible.
Everytime we go to this one, the employees have an attitude and are not friendly. Not going to this one anymore. Not sure if management doesn't care about the service and quality of food given but the employees reflect they don't care.
Very unprofessional, do not answer their phones I tried to speak to management to hopefully get an issue resolved that would have been done quickly but kept getting ignored and no one would try to help with it. The workers were rude and acted very childish.

This is got to be the worst Taco Bell around ever they’re never open on time they take forever in the drive-through to serve you and this morning the girl at the drive up window had an attitude I recommend nobody ever go to this location ever anymore. As far as I’m concerned, this place should be shut down and demolished. very poorly managed and operated the worst ever fast food joint I have ever been to in my life.

i have come to this locations at least 5 times, whether it be drive thru, door dash, or post mates. And majority of the time, something is missing from my bag. Today we made a trip for a generous amount of food $67 and some for our food was not in the bag. We this time did not receive our 2 bags cinnamon twists or 12 cinnamon delights, the half the tortilla were ripped at the bottom causing majority of the filling to fall out. pervious times we in have been given wrong orders, missing items such as crunch wraps & no cheese sauce with purchases. Other experiences are a ton of sour cream, little to no meat in quesadillas.
I know this is all a complaint, but I myself work fast food, and knowing what its like to get yelled at by rude customers, i would at least do the bare minimum and at least make sure all items purchased are accounted for. I have lost a total of $50 dollars at this point with this location alone. I also tried reaching out to this store via phone calls multiple times & no one picked up. was calling to see if i could come pick up the remainder of my order another day, but given the circumstances i doubt at this point my complaint will be addressed.
