Service is always good hear especially the night crew food ain't bad and clean inside but lord do they over charge i know you basically have no competitors but why have you raised your prices so much that it cost way more to eat here than it does when I go to taco bell in California! Literally everything esle is more expensive there except taco bell. Insane how much you raise your prices here taxing to the point were I eat here maybe 1 2 times a month I honestly would eat there alot more if it wasn't for that

This location needs help. Online ordering is a joke where they ask you to wait in front when they have no one in line behind you. They constantly forget items. The quality of the food is so sub par it's not even funny. I will never come back to Taco Bell again due to this location. I will switch to Del Taco where it's cheaper and the employees care about what they are doing.
This rate goes to the amazing lady that worked the drive thru tonight 10/12 930pm. Our order wasn't difficult but we chanted a few things and she was so sweet and patient with us and even apologized when my boyfriend wasn't talking as loud. When we got to the window she asked us how our day was and had a smile on her face the whole time. Just her presence and customer service put a smile on my face. Didn't get her name but hopefully the manger or owner knows who it is .

I'm so disappointed. We come here all the time for vegetarian options and tonight, we ordered on the app and picked up our food like normal. It was dark, but we are in the car and got just about done with the Mexican pizza before something made my boyfriend look under the top layer and it was meat. We haven't eaten meat in years, so we immediately started worrying about our stomachs getting messed up. My boyfriend threw up his food, in hopes to get it out of his system. We went back and even though the dude at the window was empathetic and tried getting us the info to call, the two girls in the back who messed up our order had a lil attitude saying they don't do refunds on the app. We looked at the app, and there isn't a contact number, but this is crazy. I can't believe they gave us meat when our order was clear for a veggie pizza (screenshot attached) and we completely lost our appetite after that. At the very least, I'd like a refund on the order. This is so frustrating. Also, heed this as a warning to not order through the app cause they said they are told they can't do refunds on orders placed through the app. So, avoid the app altogether in my opinion.

The Employees are Extremely UNfriendly and rude, just about EVERY time I come to this location, which happens to be the closest to my house. Often my husband will drive a couple miles to another location just because how rude they are.I was NOT greeted at the window, I ordered sauce at the speaker, then they asked me again if i want sauce with a very annoyed attitude when I said yes, I asked for Salsa & mild sauce.The other girl handed me my food with an annoyed look on her face and didn't say ONE Word to me,... just practically threw the bag at me and then shut the window. VERY RUDE!! I greeted them with a 'good morning' and 'thank you' when they took my payment .. I have no idea why they seemed so BOTHERED to have a customer.. they need some serious customer service training at this location . Seriously!! I won't be back until they know how to treat people with service and respect.

Your standard Taco Bell that I frequent a lot.I've actually had a lot of issues with this place, as they've often messed up my order. I've had situations where they've gotten my order wrong, completely left out entire items, or the wait was absurdly long. I can't really bring myself to get too upset at the employees though as they've always been polite with me and genuinely seem to be trying there best, but just seem overwhelmed at times.I've always typically been able to get a refund by contacting corporate, so any mishaps I have I get over. It's a convenient place to get food when I'm not quite feeling a finer establishment.I can't say anything about the interior as I know they've undergone renovations, but I haven't been inside since they've completed it. Before, it was just fine. Generally pretty clean, with kiosks. I'll try to order inside the next time I stop by.On my last visit I got two crunchy tacos and and their new chicken enchilada burrito. The two crunchy tacos were as expected, so good! I really, really like their new chicken enchilada burrito. It's probably one of my favorite items on their menu, so I hope they keep it around for a while. The chicken to rice is really well-balanced, and the sauce they use is flavorful. Definitely recommend and probably will forego the crunchy tacos next time to just get two of the burritos.
