I gotta say first of all the food is here is great always delicious. But today
nov 4, 2024 I was disappointed with the service I was seated by the host nice fella waited 10 min no one bothered to come to our table and ask us for drinks or anything. Multiple waitress passed by and just looked but didn't say anything. When I go to a restaurant I'm already hungry and the fact that I got ignored by waitresses just passing by really sucks. I know there is a note on the table explaining the soft opening process. Bit I. Reality uts not a soft opening anymore the science of the way it works has been there all that happened was transfer of location. All it really took was for someone to come to my table amd say sorry for the wait I will be with you in just a minute. Hopefully this gets solved because Like I said the food is great I was just disappointed with today's customer service.
They told us when we arrived that the kitchen was backed up, we were ok with that and sat at the bar. We received our food VERY quick! If that is backed up, we like it. The bar tender chatted with us and had a great personality. And we met the owner, best guy ever that he goes around saying. hii!

It was the worst biscuits and gravy I have ever ate actually I couldn't even finish it and I eat a lot. dry and hard biscuits with hardly any gravy ripped the top of my mouth and for $5.50 for 1 bacon and 1 sausage is horrible I will never return at all the scratch in Anaheim is far better.

Biscuits and gravy were dry and hard. Asked for a side of gravy since it was so tough to eat (worst then a KFC biscuit) and they handed us a shot glass of gravy for 1.50 extra. A bit disappointing since i saw good reviews.

This review is not based on the food, but the service of ordering ahead for pickup. Placed an order for pickup via website, was told 20 minute wait. Received text confirmation that my order was accepted and paid for with a link to track my order. After patiently waiting an hour...the link still showed my order was not being cooked. I called and was told that my order was immediately canceled. I did not receive any notification that it was canceled, nor did I receive notification that I was being refunded. It is still unclear if I received a refund. I can't understand why there is an immediate response when my money is taken and then zero response about my order after, especially after it was canceled. The dont allow for phone orders and now it seems you can't actually get food you order and pay for on the site.

Everything was good. The food, service and ambiance. The owner (I think) came over to check on us as well. That was a pleasant surprise. He was walking around the restaurant surveying the workings of his establishment. Great Job. This was my 1st visit and I'd definitely come back. P. S. I signed up for the rewards perks for next time. ?

Loved the crispy potatoes. Liked the red chilaquiles. The green chilaquiles sauce is spicy! Service was ok. It was a 25min wait on a Sunday at 1030am. Would return.

My family has been going to this place for quite some time now. The atmosphere & environment keep us coming back. My usual go tos are the green chilaquiles and the shrimp & grits!
While they prices have gone up in the past few years, they make it worth the splurge by always providing exceptional customer service and vibes that work for everyone in your party to enjoy.

Idk how it is in the store, but I ordered for pickup for the biscuits and gravy. Really dried out. Chalky bread. No flavor. Tasted really bad. Don’t for the love of god order the biscuits and gravy
I love the atmosphere. The team is kind and happy to see me, I like that. I seemed to be thanked most of the time, for supporting the restaurant. I love the mimosas - don't change a thing ;)

$25 for eggs, bacon, potatoes, and coffee (before tip) staff is slow and can’t handle more than a few tables without leaving you with no refills and they won’t return unless you wave at them and they act like you’re being rude just for wanting them to do their job - don’t go here
WOW! AWESOME restaurant. I came to this restaurant unexpectedly; and, I was greeted by the HOSPITABLE OWNER who shares the establishment with his lovely wife and adorable son. The Grits and Shrimp dish is addicting, delicious, and oh so good! I can't wait to visit again!
