I was gonna place an order over $40.00 and the rude female answering the phone wasn't even letting me finish what I was ordering she kept asking continuously anything else , anything else, anything else , anything else and I asked to speak to a manager and she pretended to be the manager or idk if she was the manager jazmyn she said there's two jasmines , I told my brother about the attitude and he didn't wanna pick it up due to him not wanting to deal with there attitude in person and or getting The wrong order , I called back to cancel the order, I asked for a manager and she said there short staffed , okay??? How is that the customers fault if you don't like your job get another job or get better staff that don't call off the same day ......

If I could give no stars I would. I understand on New Years they are extremely busy but the staff was also very rude especially the host working up front named Alexis. I will think twice before coming back.

I ordered online not realizing my order got sent to this location when I have one 5min away. So I drove to this location to pick up my order. My order was ready but The soda fountain was dirty:( When I got home I was disappointed to see my wings were extra WELL DONE. Toooo well done plus over seasoned. I think quality control is definitely needed at this location. Management please train your crew to make the wings correctly.

I walked in there was 4staff in the corner talking. I asked for my order and when I looked there was only 1 ranch for 20 wings. I asked if I could get 2 more ranches she told me that it would cost $2.20 for more ranch. I asked you only get 1 ranch for 20 wings? She told me yes. Customer service is very important and she was rude about it. Ranch can not be that much to make I was only asking for 2.

Food and service here is great! My orders are always prepared within the time frame given to me when I call to place my order. I usually get their bone in chicken wings but i decided to try out their new bone in thighs and wow is it good! I really love a saucy wing, so a really saucy chicken thigh is something i never knew I needed, but really glad to have in my life.

Lousy, unprofessional and rude customer service. 4 people by the cashier 2 customers and just ignoring me while I was patiently waiting to be helped. And when I spoke up, I was glared at, the nerve.
Just picked up my order, got home and my lemon pepper wings were swimming in grease. I can appreciate freshly made wings but all this grease is just lazy and or rushing.

I just noticed some bad reviews for this store and I thought I should give my experience. I've been in Southern California from the East near Buffalo for 7 years now. This Wing Stop is my go-to spot in my area. They are super consistent with the cook and very accurate with wait times. The downside is the parking. Full nightmare, but the bone-in Wings here are the best in a 10miles radius as far as WingStop franchises go - so I deal with the parking.

The girl who gave us our food, (Man in black shirt with women with a hoodie) gave it to us with attitude.
