Bad vibes from the moment we walked in. The staff was rude, unwelcoming, and acted like helping us was a burden. For a Korean BBQ place, you’d expect at least a friendly environment, but instead it felt tense and uncomfortable the whole time. Staff looked at my Latino family and I weirdly and when my dad tried ordering in his best English they looked at him weirdly.
Honestly, the attitude alone ruined the meal. There are plenty of other Korean BBQ spots with better service — save your money and go somewhere that actually wants you there.

Went here with a buddy of mine to try out, the food was okay. There was a 2 hour limit to dine in, at 40 minute reminder they seemed pushy trying to get us out of there and every 5 minutes after they kept reminding us we got to leave soon, my buddy and I were talking as we eat but they started telling us to stop talking and just eat, every 5 minute reminder turned to every 20 seconds then we we’re finally kicked out. Never eating here again, terrible service.

I cannot stress how wonderfully pleasant the service was here. We were greeted by several people, and our server was extremely attentive and kind. Even folks that werent your server were super friendly. The food was SO damn good, and the experience was just a trip (in a awesome way!) definitley will be spreading the word and coming back with fam and friends.

Food and service were decent. But they charged me $10 more than what I paid. The meal came out to $85 plus $10 tip = $95. The restaurant charged my credit card $105. Beware they will over charge you! Shame on this business.

Second time here at WI kbbq I really like the service and the food it's good.
It was our first time trying this restaurant, and my family and I went there to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious, and the side dishes were incredible. I especially loved their buffet station—the meat was also very good.
What truly made the experience special, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and friendly, but our server, Bumsuk, went above and beyond. His jokes and warm personality made our night even more enjoyable.
He even took a lovely photo of my family, and the woman who seemed to be the owner’s daughter surprised us with a thoughtful birthday gift—a cute cup, keychain, and magnet along with the photo. It was such a sweet gesture that made the evening unforgettable.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Went to celebrate 🥳 my bother's bday. They made him feel so happy and special. They turned down the lights and made a whole fun spectacle. (Make sure your they're on your birthday they ask to see i.d.) they gave my brother a family picture and a small gift. They also have a HELP button on the table to get the attention of your waiter. ( no more trying to look for them or to wave them down) Our waiter was super nice and fast with our meat or side orders. You do have to make sure you eat all the meat you order if not they will charge you for meat left behind. Price options are reasonable knowing how expensive meat has gotten. I would stick with options A. (Since you have different price options) They have a small buffet option which includes a slada options, pickled radishes, kimchi and other stuffed. They had tortillas also which i found AWESOME. (Also they have rice papers)
FYI the tip is included to the service on your bill..
The manager asked if we were having a good time. He even shocked our hands as we exited the restaurant and thanked us for the visit. Honestly check this area out before it gets too popular.lol. Love that we have something local and I dont have to drive to alhambra.
