Hortencia is thee ABSOLUTELY WORST manager. I usually visit the Bellflower location ( woodruff/ Artesia on Sunday) BIG ASS MISTAKE!) Nasty Rude manager is not there on Sundays. Got an order and all my food was cold COLD She didn't give 2 shits about my order. I'm 2 blocks from this location. Walked in to return my COLD food and she WOULDNT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH TO ME!!! Corporate has been notified! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!

It was not my first time going here for a Reeses freezee, but the first time, I hardly had any reeses.. I kept thinking maybe there was more as I got to the bottom? These little cups aren't cheap either. Bummer today. Vanilla was good..I guess haha.

RIDICULOUS !!! I ordered a # 3 combo... Chilli cheese burger, chilli cheese dog, large french fries, and a large Coke. The total came out to almost$ 17.00 wth !!! Burger tasted like it came out of a microwave, fries were under the heat lamp for too long, and chilli cheese dog bun was hard. Not worth $ 5.... Definitely not worth the ridiculous price of $ 16 !!!
