Honestly I’m so disappointed, I loved this spot, haven’t been there in a couple months but today was the worst experience I’ve had there ever. The two girl cashiers were very rude I remember the one that took my order Melania, I smiled and was polite but she was very rude. And my order was wrong but because of the bad service I didn’t want to go back and will not be.

Today we order through uber eats pick up and get the 40 wing pack. Tell me why I am missing 11 wings ? She didn't give me my receipt and I am not gonna drive there just for them to fix my order when they ca fix it in the first place. Now im done going to this location because its not the first time they messed up with my order.

First time trying Wing Stop! I ordered the 8 piece combo. I got lemon pepper and mango habanero. I'm so happy they gave me a ranch dipping because the mango habanero was spicy! Overall, the food and service were excellent. The bathroom was clean, which I appreciate.

I ordered for delivery on their app, received burnt overcooked fries and missing tenders to my ordered when I called I spoke with Braulio and I requested a refund and when I asked about refund process he was quite rude, and I thanked them for helping me with processing a refund and he just hung up. Why be mad at me if I am a paying customer who received incorrect order?

Worst wing stop. I've been coming here for months getting food no problem. Today i bring my mom and they made the wings crazy. They didn't put any seasoning on one side of the wings. I went in and told the manager and he don't care. He didn't apologize. He's like oh well. He didn't say sorry. Didn't try to make it right. I won't ever be back.

So service was kind of rude the wings were okay the fries fire asf but the girl in cashier was lil rude and this Wingstop charges to change veggies to fries and to ask for pure flats you will get charged but this is a real honest review they need better service and have more patience sorry I don't go every day and I know ur menu crazy few hrs later I had the runs and so did all my nieces definitely don't go do not go idk but chicken was no good today

I Ordered a 10 piece bone less meal just mango habanero and they still messed it up.I got lemon pepper which didn't even taste like it.And they also have me half of some wings that tasted like bbq.I just wanted my mango Habanero wings.

Ordered online for delivery. Waited almost 2 hours for the scheduled 35 minute delivery before contacting WingStop by phone. The automatic delivery notification kept changing the estimated delivery time. Was told "my dasher had my order". I said ok, then when will it be delivered? the cashier told me its very common for dashers to pick up and keep food but also didnt provide a resolution. Finally, was told i can pick up my own food after already having paid for delivery and tipping the driver. i said i couldnt because i didnt have car. She said should could give me credit. Credit instead of a refund for an order i never received. The girl on the phone sounded young, i dont remember if i asked her if she was the manager but i honestly felt bad. i'm sure she was trying her best but there was no real customer service skills there. i never felt like the situation that was clearly not my fault was made better. who wants cold wings? who wants to have to drive in after a 2 hour wait and after paying for delivery and a tip. i am a regular at this WingStop and service is usually ok. However, they need their own delivery team because clearly DoorDashers are not it.

Never again! I was standing at the door at 10:28am, they open at 10:30 so I was waiting for them to come open the door. At 10:26 after watching two employees, just chatting and looking at the door I waved to him like are you going to open? The guy walk out to the back and the girl just stayed looking out the window. A couple that was also waiting. We looked at each other when she said it's open. I was the first one to place my order and did not receive my order until 1105, and that was after me asking about the status. Two customers that came after me receive their mail first and when I asked, they said they were waiting for the sauce really you would think they would prepare before they open the doors. All it was was lemon pepper, wings and buffalo wings. so frustrating especially since I was picking up lunch for my grandkids Because today is grandparents day at their school and that was the meal they requested. To top it off the fries were cold when I receive my meal!
I had the most amazing experience at this Wing Stop! The wings and fries were so delicious - cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was top notch - the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I would definitely recommend this Wing Stop to anyone looking for a great wings and excellent service.

Ordered online, went to pick it up. I asked the lady of everything was in the bag, she assured me that everything was in the bag. I even asked the 2nd time. She said yes. I get home and 2 large fries are missing. I had to go back to pick them up.

She didn't want to give us any extra lemon pepper seasoning or accommodate our other requests. This is horrible customer service and we will never come here anymore.
