It was a wonderful evening celebrating Diwali at Amara in Belmont! ✨ The event was beautifully hosted by Mary Prem and founder Reena Miglani, and everything from the warm atmosphere to the joyful energy, was absolutely perfect.
The food was delicious, the music and decor captured the true spirit of Diwali, and the sense of community made it extra special. 💫
A big thank you to Reena Miglani and Ajay Walia for their grace and hospitality. Thank you Mary Prem ,she made everyone feel so welcome. It was a night full of light, friendship, and celebration! 🪔❤️ I can’t wait for Diwali 2026!

Beautifully decorated Mediterranean restaurant in downtown Belmont. Bright, airy, and newly renovated, everything we tried was delicious. Green hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Brazino, and the Tomahawk steak were all perfectly cooked and seasoned. Friendly and efficient service. Large free parking lot. Nice addition to the Belmont restaurant scene.

Tried this place for brunch on a saturday at noon. Dead inside. We were the only table. I was quite surprised. Because the place is beautifully decorated and the food was excellent. The zatar roasted chicken and the eggplant were fantastic service was great as well. They dont have highchairs or boosters but chairs were high enough and table was low enough that our daughters didnt need them. Would definitely come back again.
Amara is an amazing hidden gem in Belmont. Chef/owner Ajay was so friendly, and puts so much care into beautifully curated Mediterranean menu with fresh ingredients. We ordered the Branzino and it was perfectly executed. The cocktail and mocktail menu were all unique and beautiful. The atmosphere is perfect for special occasions, a beautiful bar, and a really nice outdoor patio. I wholeheartedly recommend Amara to anyone looking for a memorable meal and I will absolutely be returning. Also a special shoutout to Kendrick for the amazing service.

We recently had dinner at Amara, and it was a fantastic experience. Chef Walia, Reena, and the entire staff made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening.
The food was excellent — the Grilled Oyster Mushroom Kabob, Branzino, and Roasted Salmon stood out as highlights. Our server, Jack, was attentive, recommended great cocktails, and ensured we were comfortable the entire night.
The live music on the weekend added a cool, vibrant vibe to the evening and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. For anyone planning a special dinner, I’d also recommend their champagne & bouquet service — it’s a thoughtful touch that adds a surprise element and makes the night memorable.
