Our friendly neighborhood ice cream shop full of delicious flavors (as expected from BR). Lots of flavors, lots of cones and decorative cups, and sundaes. They usually have 1-2 staff which can be under during busy hours but we generally go late in the evening when there is less traffic, so it’s prompt. There are plenty of ice cream cakes to go and a very cute guest seating arrangement.
Standard experience at Baskin-Robbins, in terms of ice cream quality. Service was on the slow side, as there was only one person doing everything, so the line started to get long. Easy to find parking, though, as there’s a large free parking lot.

Been coming here for years! But what a disappointment! It is no longer kept clean and smells un-fresh. Ordering birthday cakes the last two years has been a disaster. You have to pre-pay and set a pick up time which is great but the cakes are not done on time. AND in the end, they could not write a birthday message for my daughter as specified on the order. ?What a shame, our neighborhood ice cream parlor is no longer worthwhile.
Normally I don't like to write reviews but I thought this needed to be brought to the public and managements attention. I went to get Ice cream on 1/22/24 at around 8:10 pm, normally I am hesitant to go on Mondays because of the notorious small scoops :( BUT today I came in and saw a new worker I had not saw before. The girl in front of us seemed to know her and said that it was her birthday and the worker who I believe was named Serong??? Gave her a birthday worthy scoop. Then we ordered she was SO polite and she gave us a good scoop. All around the best worker I have experienced at this location. All hail the ice cream queen!! This girl needs a raise!!

There’s a lot of promos in the app. I got a free scoop when I signed up and got lemon sorbet. It was delicious!
This location is in a nice local shopping center, and it’s very easy to park there which makes it a convenient option.
