Calibur Express is a ghost kitchen at All Day Kitchens @ Belmont, and is part of their menu lineup. Calibur Express features some popular menu items, such as: Burgers, Tater Tots, Chili, and drinks. On a Thursday night, I ordered a 1/2-lb Double Cheeseburger and an order of Tater Tots. I used DashPass for pickup, and used a 25%-off first-time customer discount. How was my experience? Service, Grade (4/5): Order ready in under 10-mins for a pickup order. Order status alerts didn't update on my phone, so I just checked the "All Day Kitchens" status board in their lobby. Everything was neatly packaged. 1/2-Lb Double Cheeseburger, Grade (5/5): Excellent Cheeseburger! Great presentation for takeout. Hot burger on one side, lettuce and tomato separate, and Calibur dressing in a small container. If you were in a diner, this is how you would be served a burger. Good flavor, fresh and nicely presented. Juicy meat cooked medium and loads of melted cheese to seal in the flavor. Price: $12.99 Tater Tots, Grade (1/5)- I received cold and damp tater tots! This suggests someone microwaved frozen tots, then didn't do a quality check. OMG, never order tater tots again! Tater Tots should be fried or baked. They should be served hot and crispy. In the time it took to make that Double Cheeseburger, you can make decent Tater Tots. Observe....drop frozen tots in hot oil, set timer, timer goes off, drain tots, lightly salt......serve. Instead, I got cold and wet potatoes....yuck. Price: $3.99. You could of had a 5-Star review, if someone knew how to make Tater Tots! Save $$$ and pickup your own orders!
