Amazingly, I've never actually been into this particular donut shop. But wow, I was so pleasantly surprised. The moment you walk in, you can smell and see the yummy goodness being made there. I got a variety box and I must say, every item in there is fantastic. Not sure I would want to go back to that bigger chain D shop after this visit. The person who served me was also super friendly. Next time I will have to try their coffee as well. can't wait to go back.

This place deserves way more love! Open 24/7/365 (yes, you read that correctly), fresh donuts and the breakfast menu is available ALL DAY. That's breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast bagels. All day, everyday. My God it's perfect. The chocolate old fashioned will have your eyeballs rolling to the back of your head, it's so good. Warm and cozy inside and the staff are super friendly.

Yes, come here and get your doughnuts. Fast and quick service and fresh doughnuts are a go for this place. I don't know how I never noticed this place before, but my coworker mentioned this place so I bought 2 dozen doughnuts for our employee Xmas party.

Came here for an order pick up and staff was a bit rude and not as friendly or helpful. I have tried the over the top unique flavors from the san carlos location from one of my friends. They have a great selection of flavors to choose from such as ube, hot cocoa, matcha, pistachio, strawberry, + many more! but that just provide to show what type of flavors and selection you can chose from! This location however, I did not see any of those great tasting flavors. They only have the regular standard flavors and kinds. I don't know for certain if I will come back to this location. but prolly will see me visit the other locations to pick u some more great doughnuts. DEF a fan of the other location and will go back to the other locations instead of this one. I am big on service, hence this review is like this and not my standard 4 star review.
I used the App Too Good To Go and ordered a surprise bag from Chuck' donuts and was pleasantly surprised by my 10am order. For $5.99 I got a wide assortment of donut choices in a dozen donut box. I can home and shared some with my mom and she was thrilled with her apple fritter. I look forward to returning.

It's been a minute since I've came to Chuck's & I was hesitant to return as the left few times were a disappointment, the donuts tasted old & it just wasn't the same but boy am I glad I came back. I stopped by around 9pm & these donuts tasted fresh out, soft & delicious. We always get a variety but I stick to all the chocolate ones. I'll be back again!

Customer service is selective. Only nice to regulars and men. Donuts aren’t fresh and they don’t offer to warm up anything for you without attitude. Apple fritter is good, other than that. Don’t recommend it at all.

Chuck's is a must-have for all of your donut cravings. Open 24 hours and constantly making fresh donuts, sometimes even to your order if you call ahead! Their donuts are both light and fluffy but also dense and filling, all at the same time!!
